Golf Stunner Henni Zuël in Workout Gear Models Adidas

Here's a peek at her fitness routine, from golfing to hiking and boxing.

Henni Zuël, a successful professional golfer and Adidas ambassador, is known not only for her skills on the course but also for maintaining a balanced and active lifestyle. Whether she's out on the green, hiking with her dogs, or sparring in the boxing ring, Zuël ensures she keeps her fitness routine dynamic and engaging. In a recent Instagram post, she showcased her love for the latest Adidas collection, while also reflecting her passion for staying in shape. With a mix of golfing, hiking, horseback riding, and boxing, Zuël stays fit and energized. Here's a look into how the former pro golfer stays active, prioritizes her health, and manages to maintain an adventurous lifestyle.

1

She Golfs

Golf is the main way Zuël stays in shape. Randa reports that the sport has a lot of health benefits. "Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories."

She Hikes

Zuël spends a lot of time outside. One thing she does to keep herself in shape is going for hikes. Zuël shared this set of photos of herself going on a hike with her dogs and her friends. According to Piedmont, hiking is very beneficial. "Going up and down hills gets the heart pumping, creating a great cardio workout. Like most cardio exercises, hiking helps reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and even some cancers."

She Has A Dog

As you can see from the previous blurb's Instagram post, Zuël has two dogs. According to Harvard Health, owning a dog can have health benefits. "Ongoing research is showing that the health benefits of owning a dog are undeniable. Dog owners have lower blood pressure and healthier cholesterol levels, and a lower risk of heart disease, than non-owners. There are also many psychological benefits to having a pooch around. Dog owners are less prone to bouts of loneliness, anxiety, and depression."

She Rides Horses

Dogs aren't the only animal that Zuël spends time with. She also enjoys riding horses. Zuël shared this photo on Instagram of herself going riding in Qatar. She also posted this photo of herself riding in an arena. The American Heart Association states that riding is very beneficial. "A study commissioned on behalf of the British Horse Society found that horseback riding is indeed a good cardiovascular workout. Even just a half hour of riding is considered 'moderate exercise,' said BHS PR executive Megan Hawkins, 'while trotting exerts more energy than playing badminton.'"

5

She Boxes

Zuël shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she enjoys doing is boxing. She shared this photo of herself sparring on her page. She captioned the post, "Great sesh with @boxfit101 @locker27uk today – killed me off with this ab finisher ☠️.Sound on for instruction – .4 sets .20 secs each exercise."
