She Loves Hiking

While wearing black yoga pants and a black cropped Arizona tee, Guerra showed off her love of hiking in Manitou Springs, Colorado. She wrote, "You may see some rocks, I see some 🙌 uprights signaling its football season. Kicking off week one with some good vibes! 🥾⛰️ She also shared the trails she hiked: Cabin Canyon, Siamese Twins, Palmer Trail, Central Garden Trail Loop, and back.

The Loves the Beach Because it's "Calming"

In an interview with CBS, Guerra revealed one of her favorite places to be is the beach. "I'm obsessed with the beach. There's something about it that calms me. I especially like cold beaches too (think sweater and clam chowder)." She also shared that the beach scares her at times. "One time, while at the beach in Galveston, a stingray stung me, and I had to go to the hospital. I'm still fearful every time I step into the ocean.

She Loves Her Dog

Scroll through her Instagram account, and you'll find numerous photos of Guerra with her dog Molly. According to U.C. Davis, owning a dog can "reduce stress, anxiety and depression, ease loneliness, encourage exercise, and improve your overall health." The site states, "With stress and burnout rates on the rise, having a furry friend waiting for you at home is scientifically proven to improve your mental and physical health. Plus, owning a pet can help you age in a healthy way."

She Loves the Outdoors

Guerra enjoys the outdoors, from the beach to the mountains and the desert, as often as possible. Besides the physical benefits, being in nature has a positive mental health impact, according to U.C. Davis. "Nature can help decrease your anxiety levels and can help lessen stress and feelings of anger. Exercise can also help this, but it's even better when you're outside."
