She's Confident

Vice opened up about her career in an interview with Fightful. In it, she shared where her confidence comes from. "I speak that way because I know my work ethic matches my words," she said. "A lot of people say they are going to be the best, but they don't put in the work. I do that. I know every time I step into the ring, I'm confident because I'm extremely prepared, more than anyone else. A big part of this business is being reliable, being able to perform at all times, being able to adapt, and I think everything my life has thrown at me, I've been able to overcome it. I actually perform better under pressure, under the big lights."

She Works Hard

Vice works hard to succeed in her career. She talked about this on Fightful. "This is something that I know, if I put in the work, as soon as I get there, I'm going to perform. Here in WWE, it's no different. Every time I go in there, I give it 100%, my work ethic…I'm there every single day, I still haven't taken a day off, I haven't taken a vacation, I'm completely committed to this and I am going to be the best female sports entertainer in the history of WWE."

She Takes Vitamins

Vice tells Muscle and Fitness that she makes sure to take vitamins. "I'm very big on my routine with my vitamins, my supplements and, and my nutrition. So I do eat healthy, and I don't eat a lot of carbs. But if there's something I'm very disciplined with, it's my vitamins and my blood work is really important to me. Every day I work out, and after every workout I use Vital Performance Recover. I love guava lime— it reminds me of Miami. After every training session, I always do that to make sure I'm good for the next one. You know, it really helps my body and my recovery. The amino acids, and everything has been amazing for, for my training."

She Wants To Be A Role Model

Vice talked about wanting to be a role model in her Muscle and Fitness. "I'm just going to keep being an inspiration to other women and other young girls. I want them not to be scared of my sport because they're scared to get hurt. I want them to be interested so they can learn to defend themselves and develop that confidence that I feel like all women need. So that's really my message, and the more I fight, the more I grow and build a platform to show the world who I am."

5

She Eats Healthy

Vice makes sure to eat healthy. She also knows what to eat depending on what time of day it is. "Every morning, I train fasted – meaning I don't eat anything before working out," she told Vital Proteins. "Afterward, I usually have some sort of protein, a carb and healthy fat like avocado. As for why I train fasted, I find, in my experience, it's a great way to maintain my weight. I also feel lean while exercising."
