Here’s what Viviane Winkler does to stay in great shape.

Viviane Winkler is known for her career in bodybuilding and as a model. She works out often, maintaining her health and wellness goals. To that end, she showed off a new workout "To start:
🍗 Warm-up: 200 walking lunges, really stretching the legs with each step
🍗 Mobility: 10 minutes
🍗 Stiff Leg Deadlifts: 5 sets of 15 reps, plus 1 to failure
🍗 Sumo Deadlifts (DROP Set): Increasing the weight, 5 straight sets
🍗 Leg Curl (FST7 Method): Silvia added variations to fully exhaust the muscles—5 sets
🍗 Vertical Leg Curl with Knee Support: Alternating 15 reps on each leg, paired with unilateral stiff leg deadlifts
🍗 Leg Curl Machine + Adductor Machine: Pushed to failure with Silvia's technique

Cardio: 10 sprints with 30/30 rest intervals, plus 1 hour on the treadmill," she said on Instagram (translated to English). Here's what Viviane does to stay in great shape.

She eats eggs

On a video on Instagram of her loading eggs into a cart, she asks, "HOW MUCH DO YOU EAT PER DAY? 🥚🍳," (translated to English). "Chicken eggs are an affordable source of protein and other nutrients. They're also naturally high in cholesterol. But the cholesterol in eggs doesn't seem to raise cholesterol levels the way some other foods, such as those high in trans fats and saturated fats, do," according to the Mayo Clinic.

She stays motivated

She drinks coconut water

She posted herself sipping on some fresh coconut water with a caption that says "a little piece of my day 🥰☀️ good morning BRABAS!!!!!! I love you guys," on Instagram (translated to english). "Some people drink coconut water for its electrolytes. Those are charged minerals that help you stay hydrated. The body loses water and electrolytes from sweating during exercise or hard work and from illnesses such as diarrhea. Electrolytes in coconut water include potassium, sodium and manganese," according to the Mayo Clinic.

She enjoys dancing

She posted herself moving around, getting activity by dancing. "I LOVE TO DANCE. day of @skyfitacademias💙 I visited the gym in Taquara RJ @skyfitriodejaneiro," she said on Instagram (translated to english). "Regular trips to the gym are great, but don't worry if you can't find a large chunk of time to exercise every day. Any amount of activity is better than none. To gain the benefits of exercise, just get more active throughout your day. For example, take the stairs instead of the elevator or rev up your household chores. Consistency is key," according to the Mayo Clinic.

She works out

She works out out often, prioritizing her health and posting her process to inspire others. "I warm up before: 5 minutes of bodyweight lunge + 50 bodyweight squats. My complete posterior workout: I activate the muscles in the hack doing the GOOD MORNING movement – there were 5 sets of 20 repetitions + heavy Stiff on the smith maximum repetitions. Leg curl chair: 5 sets of – 15 full repetitions + hold in isometric hold below 20 seconds + extension (stretching at the top) + 20 seconds + 15 repetitions straight + firefighter below until failure. Vertical leg curl 5 X 15 increasing the weight per set without rest alternating sides. Stiff on the machine: 5 X failure. Calf on the horizontal leg + 5 X 20 repetitions full movement. Cardio 1h on the treadmill," she said on Instagram (translated to english).
