Fitness Trainer Danielle Robertson in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares Pull-Up Workout

Here’s how the star stays fit and in great shape.

Danielle Robertson is a dedicated fitness trainer, helping others on their wellness journeys. Recently, she shared an Instagram post encouraging her followers to make the most of the remaining weeks of the year, saying, "There's just over 12 weeks left of the year, let's make them count 🤝 @wrkitwithdb." Here's how Danielle stays fit and healthy.

1

She stays dedicated

She's driven, motivated, and dedicated to her fitness goals. "This is your reminder that you can: Start Over. Start Late. Start Unmotivated. Start Scared. Just as long as you start. 8 weeks from now you will wish you had started today," she said on Instagram.

She works her abs

She adds in ab workouts to really work her core. "Issa spicy Ab finisher 🔥🔥🤝Our Red Hot Challenge includes on demand Ab finishers to add extra spice to your workouts! Sign ups for the Red Hot Challenge close TODAY! Don't miss out. Challenge starts Monday – let's do this 👯‍♀️AB FINISHER: 2 sets [of] 15 x V Sits (Hand Assisted), 12 x Single Leg V Sits, 12 x V Sit Leg Drops, [and] 12 x Scissor Kicks," she said on Instagram.

3

She works her glutes

She trains and works on her glutes. "This glute session 😮‍💨Not gonna lie, the hip thrust reverse pyramid of doom (yes this is the official name for this set) is damn painful but the pump after is worth it 🤝If you're looking for a spicy glute focused workout this session is for you 🔥 save and send to a friend who would also like to set their glutes on fire and create a glute pump so glorious that they're using their glutes as a neck pillow," she said on Instagram.

4

She warms up

She prioritizes warming her body up. "It may be because I'm 30 next week (definitely the reason 😂) but I've been prioritising my warm ups more than ever. This is my full lower body dynamic stretching warm up that I do before any leg day workout 🍑 I then do a light warm up set of the first exercise in the workout," she said on Instagram.

5

She builds strength

She works on building her strength and being consistent. "Training consistently and hitting my protein targets 🤝My current goal is to get strong AF. Not just because I like having the ability to pick heavy things up and put them back down again (granted, that is handy) but because I LOVE the feeling of being strong," she said on Instagram. According to the Mayo Clinic, "your body fat percentage will increase over time if you don't do anything to replace the lean muscle you lose over time. Strength training can help you preserve and enhance your muscle mass at any age."
