In her YouTube video, Hoad is seen going on multiple runs. FloTrack reports that running has a lot of benefits. "Running has proved to increase your bone mass and prevent age-related bone loss. This exercise helps build up your bones and joints. While the repeated contact between the ground can be harder on some people's knees, running has been proved to assist in knee strength as well."

Hoad revealed in her YouTube video that she likes to do plank exercises. She is specifically seen doing side plank ups. Exercise physiologist, Katie Lawton MEd, tells The Cleveland Clinic that side planks are very beneficial. "Side planks help stabilize the spine and improve spine and oblique strength. For most people, one side is not as strong as the other. Another benefit of side planks is that they help you with that strength imbalance."

Hoad is seen doing squat lunges in her YouTube video. Squats are a great exercise to do. Piedmont reports, "Squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back."

Hoad shared some of her favorite healthy recipes in her YouTube video. Harvard Health states that cooking can help you eat better. "The more people cook at home, the healthier their diet, the fewer calories they consume, and the less likely they are to be obese or develop type 2 diabetes. A growing body of scientific evidence supports teaching patients how to cook meals at home as an effective medical intervention for improving diet quality, weight loss, and diabetes prevention."

Hoad is seen making a tuna pita in her YouTube video. LifeHack states that tuna has a lot of health benefits. "The high percentage of omega-3 fatty acids in tuna meat brings balance into the blood vessels, reducing the cholesterol in the arteries. Lower cholesterol in arteries equals fewer problems in blood flow and heart pump, which brings you the improvement of heart health."
