In a new social media post the Barstool Sports meteorologist shows off her famous figure in a sports bra and leggings after a workout session with her friends. "Day in my life," she captioned the Instagram clip. "So cuteeee," commented one of her followers. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Pickleball

Hannah is one of the many people who have hopped on the pickleball wagon. "Pickle anyone?" she captioned a post. According to the Cleveland Clinic, the racquet sport helps improve heart health, enhances muscle and bone strength, increases balance and coordination, boosts brain health, and lengthens lifespan.

Golf

Hannah is a golfer. "No place id rather be.. than on the golf course 😍," she captioned a post. "Sunset golf is superior," she added in another. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Hannah enjoys horseback riding. "Going in to the weekend like..," she captioned a post of herself riding. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

In one of her Instagram videos, Hannah shares her "golf workout," a resistance training workout. "Happy Tuesday! Let's do a golf workout 💪🏻🏌🏼‍♀️⛳️ #golfer #fitness #workoutroutine," she wrote in the caption. She starts by warming up with exercise bands. Then she moves onto the workout, which includes downward dog to toe touches, banded external rotation, dead bugs with a medicine ball, goblet squats, dead bug chest press, single leg bird dog row, v-ups, banded side plank row.

Hydration

During her workout video, Hannah hydrates with the help of her white Stanley water bottle. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
