In a new social media post the Brazilian bodybuilder shows off her impressive physique in a sports bra and shorts as she shares a motivational message with her followers. "No matter what it is you want to change once you make the decision and start the work everything will fall into place," she writes across the Instagram Stories image. Strength Training
As a bodybuilder most of Karina's workouts focus around weight lifting. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

"I had the opportunity to read a few books like becoming supernatural and breaking the habits by @drjoedispenza is been life changing to me," she wrote.
