She Runs

ย

As you can see from her Instagram post, Taylor likes to run to keep herself in shape. Running has a lot of health benefits. FloTrack reports that running is a great cardio exercise. "Running and jogging is an aerobic exercise, and you're working out both your heart and lungs while doing so. This will also lead to a lower resting heart rate, lower bad cholesterol in your blood and lower blood pressure. You don't need to run an obscene amount of miles every day to get these benefits, either. Those who just run a couple of minutes a day decrease their risk of cardiovascular death by 58 percent. If you have a hard time running, you can still give your heart a workout by jogging or walking."

She Takes Fitness Classes

Taylor likes to take fitness classes to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing some workouts in a class. Taylor captioned it, "Had an absolute blast today ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ’š So happy to support a product I actively take and believe in! @fatty15 ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿค—" According to Iowa State University, taking classes has a lot of benefits. "Other people influence your attitudes and emotional responses to exercise. That is, they can affect how you feel about exercising, which is critical for determining whether you do it or not. If you get to know others who exercise regularly, you start to perceive exercise as more positive, common, desirable and doable."

In the Instagram video, Taylor is seen doing lunges. ACE Fitness states that the lunge is a very good exercise to do. "Lunges work the biggest muscles in your lower body โ€” mainly the quadriceps, gluteus maximus, and the adductor magnus (the muscle in your inner thigh). Other muscles that come into play are the hamstrings, gluteus medius, calves, and core stabilizers, says Susane Pata, content strategist for the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and NASM-certified personal trainer based in Miami."

Taylor is also seen doing jumping jacks in her fitness class Instagram video. The exercise has a lot of health benefits. Gymless reports, "Jumping jacks, also known as star jumps, is a full-body exercise that targets major muscle groups and is a great addition to any home or cardio workout. Jumping jacks is a form of plyometric exercise, which is a mixture of aerobic and resistance training. This exercise can be used as a warm-up to rev up your cardiovascular system by increasing your body temperature and increasing blood flow to your muscles. It can be included in your cardio workout routines, or even used as a form of active rest!"
