1

She Jumps Rope

Sakamoto shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. She also shares tips on how to do those workouts better. Sakamoto shared this video of herself sharing tips for improving on jumping rope. ACE Fitness states that jumping rope has a lot of benefits. "Jumping rope can help increase the intensity of circuit-training workouts. Strength-training workouts that alternate between different muscle groups can increase heart rate and provide a cardiorespiratory benefit. Adding one or more jump-rope stations to a circuit is an easy way to increase the intensity of the overall workout. If you enjoy making your own exercise circuits, add two to three minutes of steady rope jumping at the end for an additional calorie-burning opportunity."

She Cooks

Sakamoto makes sure to eat healthy. One way she does that is by cooking healthy meals. Sakamoto shares a lot of her favorites on Instagram. In this post, she made chicken stir fry. Sakamoto captioned it, "Chicken and veggie stir fry inspired by @paleokellyg 🥰 I cooked some chicken tenders on med high heat (seasoned them in the skillet) and then removed them to a plate and tented it. Then I added garlic, ginger, purple cabbage, sugar snap peas, asparagus, carrots, broccoli and red bell pepper back to the skillet with some sesame oil. I added some coconut aminos towards the end. Colorful dinners are always my favorite dinners 😁"

She Eats A Lot Of Veggies

As you can see from the previous Instagram photo, Sakamoto makes sure to eat a lot of vegetables. She also shared this photo of herself making roasted veggies, which include beets, carrots, and brussel sprouts. Sakamoto captioned the post, "I got the idea to roast a bunch of veggies on one sheet pan from my dear friend @pmaaa. Then I have a ton of ready made good carbs for the week to mix in with my eggs for breakfast or with some leftover protein at lunch. Trying to hit those macros."

4

She Lifts Weights

Sakamoto likes to lift weights to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and a friend lifting weights. Sakamoto captioned the post, "Got to jump into the 6am class at @crossfitsccentral this morning and share a barbell with @the.stephanie.bondoc . There's not too many things better than lifting with loved ones."

She Works Out With Others

As you can see from the previous video, Sakamoto likes to workout with friends. Better Health states that this has a lot of benefits. "If you've arranged to meet a friend for a walk or booked an exercise class, you're more likely to keep that commitment. Not wanting to let your friend or exercise partner down can be a great motivator to show up. And as your exercise becomes routine, perhaps after a few weeks, you'll both find it less challenging and will more likely stick to your commitment."
