Cristiano Ronaldo's Partner Georgina Rodríguez in Two-Piece Workout Gear is "Feminine and Confident"

Check out her athleisure.

Georgina Rodríguez is flying the friendly skies in athleisure. In a new social media post Cristiano Ronaldo's model partner flaunts her famous figure in a two-piece exercise set from Alo while on a private jet. "Feminine and Confident," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "So cute," commented one of her followers. "The example of a woman focused on her femininity," added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top tips for staying in shape.

1

Eat Healthy Meals

Georgina enjoys cooking, making meals for herself, her partner, and their kids. "We tend to eat the same because we always eat together," she told InStyle. She loves to cook and whips up lots of healthy meals for her family. "My star dish is lentils with chorizo sausage," she said about the popular Spanish dish. She recently whipped up tortilla de patatas for her followers. However, she will cheat on occasion, especially if her baby daddy is away. "If he's with the team or traveling to an away match, me and the kids spoil ourselves. We ask for pizzas for example. Or we stuff ourselves with popcorn," she revealed.

2

Find a Workout Buddy

Georgina has an amazing workout buddy: Cristiano. The two regularly hit the gym together. She was initially "embarrassed" to train with the athlete, she confessed to Women's Health. However, she made it a priority to keep up with him – and it shows!

3

Do ]Yoga

Georgina does Bikram yoga, an intense form of the practice. What is so great about yoga? "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," says Harvard Health. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

4

Go Running

Georgina enjoys running – on the treadmill and on the beach. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

5

Use Resistance Bands

You don't need expensive equipment or heavy weights to exercise. Rodriguez uses resistance bands, a great tool to increase the burn. They are especially helpful for her leg and lower body workouts. In this reel she demonstrates different leg workouts at home with a resistance band placed above her knees.
