Beyond her glamorous photo shoots, Oliveira commits to a rigorous fitness regimen, combining personal training sessions, innovative home workouts, and a disciplined pescatarian diet to maintain her top model form. She Runs

In her Instagram post, Oliveira revealed that she likes to run to stay in shape. FloTrack states that running has a lot of benefits. "Running and jogging is an aerobic exercise, and you're working out both your heart and lungs while doing so. This will also lead to a lower resting heart rate, lower bad cholesterol in your blood and lower blood pressure. You don't need to run an obscene amount of miles every day to get these benefits, either. Those who just run a couple of minutes a day decrease their risk of cardiovascular death by 58 percent. If you have a hard time running, you can still give your heart a workout by jogging or walking."

She Works With A Trainer

Oliveira shared some of her fitness tips in an interview with HollywoodLife. She says that she works with a personal trainer. "To me it's very hard to work out by myself, so having a trainer helped me a lot with that because I feel a little pressure to keep moving," she explained. "I also feel happier and that I'm doing something good while I'm stuck at home."

She Works Out At Home

Oliveira likes to workout at home. She shared some of her favorites in her HollywoodLife interview. "Now is an amazing time to follow gyms and fitness bloggers on Instagram, every day they do lives and lately they've been posting lots of good workouts you can do at home without any machines! I have a personal trainer that trains me via FaceTime, but it's always super simple functional stuff. Using chairs and couches to do lower body workouts, your own body weight for abs, stuff like that."

She's Pescatarian

Oliveira shared one of her diet secrets in an interview with Fashion Week Daily. "I don't really follow any diet. I'm a pescatarian, so that helps a little with keeping my body in shape." The Cleveland Clinic states that following a pescatarian diet has a lot of benefits. "One of the main benefits of going pescatarian is replacing less healthy meats with heart-healthy fish. Most Americans don't eat enough seafood, which contains high amounts of the omega-3 fats EPA and DHA…Fruits and veggies also contain antioxidants, special compounds that lower your risk of getting heart disease. Adding these foods to a diet that's higher in fish provides a double dose of heart health benefits. Another potential plus for your heart: Letting red meat go. Regularly eating red meat and pork increases your risk of heart disease. Red meat is also higher in calories and unhealthy fats than fish or plant-based foods."

She Works Hard

Oliveira makes sure to work hard to get in shape before shows. She shared her process for getting ready for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show with Vogue. "I tried to stay calm before the show, but I was so focused. I was in the gym every day, eating healthy, which I do normally, but I cut out pasta—which I love! This was my second time trying out for Victoria's Secret so I was going to do everything I could."
