Kyle shared some of her favorite workouts in an interview with Muscle and Fitness. Specifically, she shared her favorite back exercises. Kyle likes to always start her back sessions with pull-ups. "For back, I always warmup with pullups, but after that I don't have a particular order for my exercises." NASM states that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. "Pull ups and chin ups are a multi-joint movement, meaning that they engage multiple muscle groups (lats, biceps, shoulders, and upper back). They promote overall upper body muscle development and can lead to some serious strength gains."

She Switches Up Her Workouts

When it comes to her back workouts, Kyle is all about variety. She talked about this in her Muscle and Fitness interview.  "It depends on how I feel and what I did last time. In the routine here, I'll almost always do the first four exercises, but they may not be in this order, and the T-bar rows are optional. I'll add a fifth exercise like T-bars at the end if I feel I still have a little work to do that day."

As you can see from the previous Instagram post, Kyle likes to cook to eat healthy. Harvard Health states that cooking your own meals has a lot of benefits. "The more people cook at home, the healthier their diet, the fewer calories they consume, and the less likely they are to be obese or develop type 2 diabetes. A growing body of scientific evidence supports teaching patients how to cook meals at home as an effective medical intervention for improving diet quality, weight loss, and diabetes prevention."

She Keeps Her Workouts Simple

Kyle shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with RX Muscle. She says that when it comes to working out, simpler is better. "I'm a person who always trains by the basics," Kyle explained. "It is not a science in my training regimen…. So I continue to train from heavy lifting to super sets, drop sets, high repetition etc."
