Camila Giorgi is getting her zen on β in her exercise clothes. In a new social media post the tennis star flaunts her amazing figure in a two-piece yoga set during a yoga session. "Time for #yoga #studio π€," she captioned the Instagram photo. "π€SUBLIME π€," commented one of her followers, while several others added fire emojis. Tennis
Camila has been playing tennis since she was a kid. In 2021 she competed in the Tokyo Olympics. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. Yoga
In her recent post, Camila gets her zen on doing yoga. Harvard Health reveals there are so many reasons to do yoga. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."
