Tennis Stunner Jil Teichmann in Two-Piece Workout Gear is a "Maestro"
Jil Teichmann is heating up the tennis court in her workout gear. In a new social media post the tennis star shows off her amazing body in a tennis skirt and top while playing in Mexico. "Blue&purple court in Mexico π²π½π«ΆπΌ," she captioned the Instagram photo. "π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯," commented one of her followers. "Maestro," added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.
Variety
Jil explained to WTA Tennis that she mixes things up. "I've always liked variety," she said. "It's taken more time [to come together], obviously, because first you have to know when to use which shots. And then, every single shot you have, you have to perfect it. It's just my own style and I had to accept that it might take more time. But I'm in no rush. I will take my time and hopefully it goes up and up," she continued. "Even though most people think I'm only a clay-court player, I don't see myself like that. Showing it in Dubai and Cincinnati where the conditions were completely fast β fast balls, fast court β and I was able to win against the best players shows that I'm able to do anything if I'm in the right mindset and physically in shape."
Role Models
Teichmann has a few different role models. "People ask who my idol was, but I never had one person," she said. "I was really trying to take the best from each player, to catch what they do best. I do the same with different cultures. I grew up in a Swiss-German home, going to Swiss school, but I was in Spain. A Swiss bubble in Spain. But I learned as a kid to take the best from everyone, and I still do with anything in life. In my private life I also try to take the best from each person β to learn, to be open, to stay humble."
Bike Riding
Jil is a cycle4r. Here she is riding a citiBike. "NYC once again ππ«ΆπΌ ," she captioned a post. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
Hiking
Jil also enjoys hiking. "Beautiful Slovenia for a couple of days ποΈβοΈ," she captioned a post. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:
- Building stronger muscles and bones
- Improving your sense of balance
- Improving your heart health
- Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
Lots of Sports
As a child, Jil and her brother took part in lots of sports, including football, basketball, taekwondo, and skiing. "It's the first thing I'm gonna do when I stop playing, 100%," she says.
