She Rides Horses

Since Asbille stars on Yellowstone, she has to horseback ride. According to The American Heart Association, riding has a lot of benefits. "One of the benefits of regular exercise is lowered blood pressure and horseback riding is exercise. Lower blood pressure can reduce the risk of heart disease. Plus, being around animals has been shown to do that as well."

Asbille has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She works with makeup artist Carolina Gonzalez. In an interview with New Beauty, Gonzalez revealed that Asbille uses a cryo roller. "For tonight's SAG Awards, skin prep was key. Before doing Kelsey Asbille's makeup, I used the CurrentBody Cryo Roller ($35) to get her circulation going, wake up her skin, and depuff."

She Has Support

Asbille has a lot of supportive people in her life. And this includes her co-stars. In an interview on the Drama Queens podcast with her One Tree Hill co-stars, Asbille opened up about this. "I also remember y'all being so wonderful, and protective as well, especially when we were shifting gears [in later seasons, and] she was getting more sexy. [I was] having to take my shirt off, and I remember being really nervous about all of that and not knowing what I was supposed to do. I remember Sophia specifically being really protective, of like, 'Alright, so we're wearing a tube top,' which I really appreciate because it's scary navigating all of this and you don't know that you can say no. Listen, I had so much support through y'all and with the crew because I grew up with the crew from 13 to 17, so I always felt really protected."

She Likes to Binge TV Sometimes

Kelsey told Marie Claire a while back she likes to chill by watching TV shows. The Office was one of her go-tos. "Laughter enhances your intake of oxygen-rich air, stimulates your heart, lungs and muscles, and increases the endorphins that are released by your brain," says the Mayo Clinic. It also activates and relieves your stress response. "A rollicking laugh fires up and then cools down your stress response, and it can increase and then decrease your heart rate and blood pressure. The result? A good, relaxed feeling," says the clinic.

She Gets Vitamin D From the Sun

"When your skin is exposed to UV rays from the sun, it produces a preliminary form of vitamin D that's then turned into the active form of the vitamin by the liver and kidneys. That's why vitamin D is often called the 'sunshine vitamin.'" says LCMC Health. "How much sun do you need to get the right amount of vitamin D for optimal health? Not much, actually! As few as five to 10 minutes of sun exposure a day can jumpstart the process of producing vitamin D."
