She Works Out Consistently

Dekker makes sure to workout on a consistent basis. She shared how with ShoNutrition. "I travel a lot, so it's hard to eat healthy and keep up with the exercise. I stay at hotels and will try to find resources there, even if there is not much fitness equipment. I'll still make sure I put in 20 minutes of exercise, with cardio and some weights, for an overall workout. For example, there will always be a treadmill, and I like to put it on full incline, and walk it up, very good for your hamstrings, glutes, a very effective, quick workout to do. Then some intervals, weights, just to keep it simple."

Dekker shared some of her wellness tips in an interview with ShoNutrition. She says that she makes sure to eat well. "Try to eat healthy because the good foods add up in your health benefits. Despite traveling a lot, when in doubt, I just try to eat greens and lean protein, like a salad or grilled chicken. Even if I have some not-so-healthy drinks and appetizers with co-workers, I'll order a green salad."

She Takes Supplements

Dekker tells ShoNutrition that she likes to take supplements."Because of what my husband and I do, we get to try all kinds of health products. My husband takes many different types of supplements, but I try to keep things simple and streamlined. I've tried many supplements as well, but right now, I'm only taking sho's two products, and they are working great for me. And I like the packaging, which is so cool and easy to bring with me when I travel, because sho fits right into my travel kit."

Dekker revealed some of her secrets for getting healthier in this TikTok. One thing she did was more cardio exercise. The Cleveland Clinic states that cardio has a lot of benefits. "When part of an overall heart-healthy lifestyle, not only can regular cardio exercise lead to a decrease in your resting blood pressure and heart rate, but these basic changes can also mean your heart doesn't have to work unnecessarily hard all of the time. Maintaining a good cardio routine also helps improve good cholesterol levels while lowering blood fats."

She Does Personal Training

Dekker also revealed in her TikTok that she worked with a personal trainer to get in shape. ACE Fitness states that working with a fitness expert can have a lot of benefits. "If you are new to exercise or find that some movements are painful, it is worth hiring a trainer to be certain that you are moving in a safe and effective way. Taking the time to learn proper exercise technique can improve your results and prevent annoying injuries."
