Savannah Prez is a fitness model, expert, and influencer. She has her own workout plans on the Reach It app. Prez recently shared a video on Instagram talking about having fitness goals. She Does Squats​

Prez likes to do squats to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing cyclist squats with a barbell. Prez captioned the post, "Warning: this exercise is not for you, if you fear knees over toes..🤓 All jokes aside, GREAT exercise if you're serious about growing your quads.🔥The elevated heels drive your knees further forward, putting even more emphasis on the quads compared to a regular squat."

​She Strength Trains

Prez likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. In the previous Instagram link, she is seen using a barbell. According to ACE Fitness, strength training is very beneficial. "Using maximal loads for compound (multi-joint) movements like the deadlift, squat-to-shoulder press, bent-over row or chest press can improve intermuscular coordination, which is the ability of many muscles to work together to generate and control high levels of force through multiple joints."

She Does Back Exercises​

She Does Leg Extensions​

Prez shared some more of her favorite lower body exercises in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is leg extensions. According to Asphalt Green, these have a lot of benefits. "These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!"

​She Does Lunges

Prez is seen doing walking lunges in the previous Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that these have a lot of benefits. "Lunges primarily target the lower body muscles, but they'll call on your core muscles, too, because they're a unilateral (one-sided) exercise. Lunges can be a top strength exercise to add to your fitness routine. There are dozens of ways to vary them, either by altering the move or adding resistance — and the payoff for doing them is big, namely a stronger lower body."
