Nicholas Galitzine's He-Man Abs Just Made the Internet Lose It

The actor is training hard to get into He-Man shape for 'Masters of the Universe.'

Saying Nicholas Galitzine has been very busy preparing for his upcoming movie role is a complete understatement. The 30-year-old British actor has been gearing up to play the superhero He-Man in the highly-anticipated, soon-to-be-released film, Master of the Universe. Galitzine recently shared a sneak-peak photo of himself in character on Instagram. The outcome? Red Alert: He-Man's abs just made the internet lose it!

You heard that right. Prince Adam—aka He-Man—is ready to flex his gigantic muscles and raise his sword to fight against the evil forces of Skeletor to save his home planet of Eternia. All we can say is, Skeletor better watch out!

Nicholas Galitzine Posted a Totally Buff, Sneak-Peak Photo of Himself as He-Man

Galitzine posted the totally buff, close-up pic of himself on Instagram, and to no surprise, the post received over 385K likes. Galitzine appears to have a 24-pack—and we're not talking about beer. The muscle man is holding his sword in front of his chest, and his body—we're looking at you, ripped biceps and shoulders—totally screams He-Man.

The picture was captioned with, "After several months of intense training, I'm thrilled to share that we're officially in production on #MastersOfTheUniverse. Our director Travis Knight has assembled the most incredible ensemble cast and created a stunning tapestry of Eternia and its surrounding world. I can't wait for you to see. More to come, but until then, here's a sneak peek at the Sword of Power. By the power of Grayskull!"

Our favorite? "From a prince…To a God." And a god-like body it is!

Amazon MGM Studios even posted, "Eternia's in GREAT hands. We're so ready for this journey!" And actress Alison Brie commented, "Yeah dude!! [flexing emojis]."

Galitzine's "Intense" Training To Get Into He-Man Shape

Back in May 2024, Galitzine posted side-by-side photos of himself and the cartoon He-Man character. His captioned the post, "I'm so beyond proud to announce that I will be playing Adam, Prince of Eternia in 'Masters of the Universe.' It has been a dream for so long to play someone of his heart, humour and heroism, I cannot wait to get started."

Hence, the body transformation began. When the actor used the word "intense" to describe his workouts, he was not exaggerating one bit. The star totally bulked up, and he's not only ripped—he's on fire.

"I've been lifting all the heavy things in the world to get into He-Man shape." Galitzine told Vogue. After all, the best way to build muscle is by strength training.

The actor also shared with W Magazine, "There's been a lot of eating and weightlifting, a lot of stunts. I'm eating about 4,000 calories a day, but the amount of physical work I'm doing, you end up hungry at the end of the day, which is quite surprising. This is the fun part. I will eventually go into what's called the cutting phase, where I'm going to be starved and so rude to everyone. I can only apologize for the person I'm going to become in a few months' time."

Masters of the Universe is scheduled to debut in June 2026, so we must be patient. One can only hope that Galitzine will share more pictures of himself and his well-defined muscles before he hits the big screen.
