Fitness Model Michelle Lewin & Her Abs Make Beach Workouts Look Too Good

Michelle Lewin is a successful fitness model and bodybuilder who makes outdoor workouts look incredibly enticing. In February, Lewin took to Instagram to share a beach workout video—and her sculpted abs, quads, and glutes stole the show. In the clip, she's shown doing explosive step-ups, squat jumps, and alternating lateral lunge jumps on a platform. (We are feeling the leg burn.)
It's no secret that Lewin is in excellent shape. Here are the workout habits she follows to keep herself ultra-fit.
She Exercises Outdoors
There's nothing like a sunny day and some fresh air to serve as pure motivation for a sweat session. Lewin proves that you don't necessarily need a gym membership or fancy gym equipment to stay in great shape. She shares many Instagram clips of herself exercising outdoors with just her body weight. For instance, in one post, Lewin gets a great core workout in by performing various ab exercises on a concrete bench.

She's Consistent
Lewin shared in one of her Instagram posts that consistency is one of her biggest fitness secrets.
"Consistency is the key," she wrote. The translated version says, "Consistency and discipline are the keys that separate those who dream from those who achieve. It's not about passing motivation, but about daily commitment to your goals, even when you don't feel like it. It's easy to start with enthusiasm, but true success comes when you keep going through the tough days, when you make effort a habit and perseverance your best ally. Every little repeated action adds up, every steady step brings you closer to the top. Don't expect immediate results, trust the process and stick to it. Discipline will take you places where motivation alone never could."

She Does Hamstring Curls
Lewin doesn't skip leg day. In fact, she shared some of the exercises that help her achieve muscle mass in her legs. One key player? The hamstring curl machine.
The translated version of her caption reads, "I am often asked how to gain muscle mass in my legs and here is the answer: Train heavy and with different techniques in all training. Meal planning, eating enough, and knowing how to choose food is key. Maintaining discipline and consistency is the key to seeing long-term results. Having a Coach who motivates you and pushes you @omareduardo1402. Have adequate rest. Listen to your body and know what your limits are. Supplementation and hydration."

She Does Lunges
Lewin does lunges to keep herself in top shape. In her beach workout video, she's seen doing alternating lateral lunge jumps. In another fitness clip, the fitness influencer loads up a heavy barbell and performs walking barbell lunges on the sand.
Training with weights can help build and maintain muscle mass, which is something Lewin seems to know well. In addition to the barbell lunges, Lewin performs barbell back squats, deadlifts, and sumo squats.
