Khloe Kardashian's Workout Routine for a Sculpted Revenge Bod

Khloé Kardashian has experienced a dramatic transformation since Keeping Up With the Kardashians aired in 2007. After two major breakups caused in part by infidelity, the Good American co-founder got even by dropping 40 pounds and achieving a "revenge body" through a dedicated fitness routine. She even helped others do the same in a spinoff series Revenge Body.
At 40, Khloé Kardashian is incredibly busy, between caring for her two children, True and Tatum, starring in Hulu's The Kardashians, and running her various businesses. Still, she always prioritizes a sweat session despite her jam-packed schedule. So, what is her fitness routine? Let's take a closer look at the celeb's go-to exercises.
She's a Fan of Circuit Training
Khloé's most recent workout video on Instagram is from June 2024. In it, she and her trainer, Don Brooks, complete an intense workout circuit. The sweat session includes ladder work, pushups, weighted squats, and more.
"Just a peek of this workout…. We did so much more! I'm still tired," Khloé captioned the update. "Consistency is all that matters. Stay consistent. Be proud and patient with yourself [heart emoji] the small steps deserve praise too."

Khloé Loves/Hates the BOSU ball
In May 2023, Khloé posted a workout via Instagram that relied heavily on a BOSU ball. She also broke down each move with the number of reps and sets and step-by-step directions. It included:
- Lateral kicks w/resistance bands on BOSU ball (3 sets/20 reps each leg)
- BOSU ball power knee exercise w/ankle resistance bands (3 sets/20 reps each leg)
- BOSU ball lower abdominal leg scissors (3 sets/20 reps)
- Curtsy lunge to jump step-up (3 sets 20 reps each leg)
- Running in place (3 sets each side 20 times)
- BOSU ball knee tucks with resistance bands (3 sets of 20 reps)

Khloé Also Likes "Really Intense Cardio"
During an interview with Harper's BAZAAR, Khloé shared that she's also into "really intense cardio." This includes jumping rope for 30 minutes per day and using her treadmill.
"I'm a beast at the gym," she shared. "I'm super competitive and I'm a sweater. I'm like, 'Don't f— with me and don't mess up my routine.'"

She's Also Into Rowing—and Switching Things Up
In a 2022 Instagram post, Khloé—who's a brand ambassador for Hydrow—sang her praises of the rowing machine.
"I'm always looking for new ways to stay fit and once I found out that I could get a total body workout done in just 20 minutes I was sold," she wrote. "Efficiency is key for me in this crazy life and I'm obsessed with my new Hydrow."
For one Hydrow workout, Khloé showed her doing two minutes on the rowing machine 10 times with lifting sets between.
In addition to rowing, Khloé likes to keep things fresh by incorporating SoulCycle, Pilates, HIIT, and more into her exercise regimen.
