Rita Ora does it all. She's an accomplished singer, songwriter, and actress—and she's drop-dead gorgeous. The 34-year-old celeb is specifically known for her sculpted six-pack. How does she maintain it? She makes working out and consuming a healthy diet key parts of her lifestyle. From doing leg raises to using a hamster wheel, here's exactly what Rita Ora does to keep her flat, rock-solid abs.

Rita Ora Does These Exercises for Her Abs

Rita Ora's trainer, Jono Castano, shared a video on Instagram of Rita performing various workouts at the gym—specifically, ab exercises where she hangs onto a pull-up bar. The celeb fires up her core with hanging overs and hanging dumbbell holds. The dead hang really engages the abdominal muscles—especially with the addition of the dumbbell hold.

Another effective exercise Rita does that trains her lower abs is the leg raise. She does them lying down on a workout bench, making sure to keep her legs from touching the ground when they are lowered for further ab activation.

She Uses A "Hamster Wheel"

You'll have a better understanding of a hamster's daily workout when you see this interesting piece of gym equipment! In the same video, Rita uses a "hamster wheel." She places her arms on the pedals, assumes a high plank position, and turns the wheel. The addition of the hamster wheel makes Rita's workout much more challenging than if she were to perform classic planks!

She Eats Plenty of Protein

Rita shared some of her diet secrets in an interview with PEOPLE. She specifically makes sure to eat plenty of protein each morning.

"I always have egg whites with salmon every morning without fail, I don't eat anything else," she said. "Or I have like boiled eggs with salmon. I always have a bit of protein and I don't have normal scrambled eggs, I do egg whites."

She Doesn't Eat a Lot of Carbs

Another important aspect of Rita's sculpted six-pack? She limits the amount of carbs she eats.

"I don't have any breads, and I just have like chicken, and vegetables and I drink a lot of juices and a lot of water," Rita shared during her PEOPLE interview. "Right now I'm doing like chicken and cauliflower rice—cauliflower rice is my new discovery by the way because it's like rice but with no carbs. That's major. If I want a sandwich or whatever I'll do like half a sandwich, take half of the bread off and do like an Italian open type of sandwich vibe."
