1. "Old-School" Yogurt Parfait
Brings followers back to the 80s with her "old-school supermodel breakfast," which is essentially a fruit yogurt parfait. Who needs to pay a high price for an acai bowl when you can get wholesome, old-fashioned ingredients and whip something delish up at home?
Bethenny's recipe includes dairy-free yogurt, Grape Nuts cereal (which is what makes the recipe "old-school"), frozen sweet dark cherries, and frozen bananas.
"Basically, I'm making a breakfast fruit parfait. I don't think you need any sweetener… there is no cereal crunch like Grape Nuts … you can do a lot of stuff with Grape Nuts; you're welcome," the celeb shared in her video. She captioned her post, "Old school baby."

2. Hard-Boiled Egg Stuffed With Cottage Cheese and Mustard
For this delicious recipe, Bethenny hollows out a hard-boiled egg and stuffs it with a creamy cottage cheese-mustard mixture. It's topped off with black sesame seeds and a sprinkling of Everything Bagel seasoning, which the celeb notes is a solid addition.
3. Tomato Sandwich Stuffed With Turkey and Everything Bagel Seasoning
Another one of Bethenny's go-to "supermodel snacks" is a tomato sandwich stuffed with fresh turkey. Her recipe includes salted "good quality" beefsteak tomato, organic shaved turkey, a combination of cottage cheese and dijon mustard, and Everything Bagel seasoning. The celeb stresses the mustard must be Grey Poupon.
It's basically a tomato-turkey sandwich with the tomato slices serving as the "bun." Bethenny says that basil and arugula are also great additions.

4. Chicken Salad
In one video, Bethenny declares she's "sick of trashy chicken salads," so she tries her hand at her own healthy one. She first boils organic chicken breast in a mixture of organic chicken broth, onion, and celery. The seasonings are simple—salt and pepper. Once it's ready, Bethenny chops up the chicken and shreds it with her fingers. Next, she adds Duke's Mayo while the chicken is still warm, along with onion and garlic powders. She adds a hint of dijon mustard for extra flavor, and then minced onion and a bit of paprika.
Bethenny eats her chicken salad as-is, but you can always roll it in some romaine lettuce wraps or enjoy it atop crackers or whole wheat bread.

The star continues to add what appears to be jarred red peppers and hot sauce. Of course, she tops everything off with her go-to, Everything Bagel seasoning.
