The Bachelor star enjoyed time in Georgia

Caelynn Miller-Keyes became one of the favorite contestants from season 23 of The Bachelor. Later that year, she was a cast member on season 6 of Bachelor in Paradise, where she met her future husband, Dean Unglert. The pair married in 2023, and changed their surnames to Bell. The couple also host the Suckers podcast with Jared Haibon, Caelynn has her own YouTube channel and hosts the podcast True Crime Reality. Caelynn recently took a trip to Georgia, and shared some highlights on Instagram. In the first photo, Caelynn wore a white workout shirt and pink shorts. She Cooks

Caelynn loves to cook, and shares some of her favorite recipes on Instagram. In this video, she made crostinis with a whipped goat cheese dip. Caelynn captioned the post, "Save this whipped goat cheese recipe for your next party! This is my go to anytime someone comes to visit. It's so easy, it takes less than 20 minutes, and it's always a hit! I do something different each time, sometimes I won't use cream cheese, I usually switch up the toppings too. It's great with blackberries, hot honey, grilled peaches. The possibilities are endless."

She Paddleboards

Caelynn and Dean are living in beautiful Colorado, and they take advantage of the state's gorgeous scenery. The couple share many posts on Instagram of themselves enjoying the outdoors and doing different activities. One thing they like to do is go paddleboarding. Caelynn posted this video of the couple paddleboarding with their dogs, captioning it, "There's no place like Colorado."

She Plays Golf

Caelynn loves playing golf to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos of herself walking on a course on Instagram. Caelynn captioned the post, "Embracing my life as a golf wife." Golf is a great way to stay healthy. According to research from The Columbia Association, "Here's just a few ways the game works its magic on your wellbeing: Enhances cardiovascular health. She Loves Pilates

Caelynn shared some of her diet and workout secrets in this video on her YouTube channel. In it, she revealed that one of her favorite ways to stay in shape is practicing Pilates. "I'll do Pilates two to three times a week," Caelynn said. "It's reformer." Pilates has a lot of health benefits. According to the Houston Methodist, since Pilates works a lot of core muscles, it can help relieve tension in your shoulders, back, and legs. "Having strong core muscles promotes better posture, which, in turn, can prevent or relieve the muscle tension that builds up in our day-to-day routines."

She Weight Trains

Caelynn shared another of her favorite workouts in her YouTube video. "Typically, I do weight training two times a week," she says. "With weight training, Mondays I typically do legs and glutes and core, and then Fridays I'll do arms, back, and core." According to ACE Fitness, lifting weights has a lot of health benefits. "Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle's appearance."
