Becca Tilley is an icon. She's appeared on two seasons of The Bachelor. She hosts the wildly successful podcast, Scrubbing In, with Tanya Rad. And she's dating singer Hayley Kiyoko. Becca recently shared a video of herself on a jog and walk on Instagram. In it, she was accompanied by her adorable dog, and wore a red workout top and black pants. She Loves Cucumbers & Hummus

Becca tells E! News that one of her favorite unhealthy snacks is chips and dip, and that she can "eat a full bag." Luckily, she found a healthier alternative for when she has a craving. "I sought advice from the Tone It Up (Karena and Katrina) girls for an alternative to chips and dip. They suggested slicing cucumbers with salt and dipping them in hummus. I had it last night and was so pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it!"

She Eats Something In The Morning

In an interview with The Newsette, Becca shared some healthy habits she is trying to incorporate into her life. One thing she is working on is eating at least a small breakfast each day. "I've been trying to eat breakfast every morning," she says. "I sometimes feel like it's okay to miss it if I'm in a rush, but even if I just eat a bar on my way out the door it's better than nothing!"

She Walks

As you can see from her Instagram video, Becca loves going on walks to keep herself in shape. She told The Newsette that this is one of her self-care practices. "I normally try my best to get outside and take a walk if I feel overwhelmed by anything going on in my life. I will listen to music or play with my dog if I need to calm down and ground myself!"

She Uses Tone It Up

When she needs to work up a sweat, Becca turns to the Tone It Up fitness app. She wrote about it in this blog post on her website. "This app is essential for working out at the gym, or even at home! With daily guided workouts and workouts on demand, it makes working out so easy. When I don't have a lot of time to workout, I love doing their quick workouts to keep my body active. And trust me- even though it's quick, you will still feel the results!"

She Gets Enough Sleep

One of Becca's biggest wellness secrets is getting enough sleep, and she talked about this in her interview with The Newsette. "I try to get at least 8-10 hours of sleep. I LOVE sleep and I definitely notice when I don't get enough of it. My mood and energy levels are so off when I don't give my body enough rest!"
