The Masked Singer's Meg Donnelly In Two-Piece Attends Stagecoach

Meg Donnelly is on a career high right now. She just finished in third place of season 13 of The Masked Singer, as the Coral Mask. She's set to reprise her role as Addison Wells in the fourth installment of the Zombies movie franchise. And she's set to release a new EP in June. Meg recently went to the country music festival, Stagecoach, and shared highlights on Instagram. In them, she rocked a lot of gorgeous outfits, including a lace tank top and patterned pants. She Surfs
Meg loves going to the beach, and one thing she loves doing is surfing. She included some videos of herself riding the waves in this Instagram post. Meg captioned it, "Mother ocean." Better Health says that surfing has a lot of health benefits. "Surfing provides many health benefits including: cardiovascular fitness – from paddling, shoulder and back strength – these muscles will strengthen from the paddling, leg and core strength – once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up."
She Swims
Meg also loves going swimming to keep herself in shape. In the previous Instagram post, she included some videos and a photo of herself in the water. According to research from the CDC, swimming is a great way to stay in shape. "Water-based exercise offers physical and mental health benefits, including improved health for people with chronic illnesses like diabetes, heart disease, and arthritis."
She Dances
If you've seen Meg in the Zombies movies, you know she's an amazing dancer. Meg shared this video on Instagram of herself dancing to her song "Picky." She also takes a lot of dance classes, and shared this set of videos of herself and others learning choreography. She Speaks Out About Mental Health
Meg wants to be a role model for her young fans. For this reason, she talks about mental health. "I decided I needed to do more," she said in an interview with The Cherry Picks. "Many young fans feel they are alone in their mental health difficulties, just as I did as a young person. I wanted to share my personal journey the best way I could, using social media, and also provide a platform for mental health professionals to speak as well."
She Does What Makes Her Happy
In an interview with Forbes, Meg shared the best piece of advice she's received, and who she got it from. "I feel like I learned a lot from my TV dad, Diedrich Bader, on American Housewife," Meg said. "He just had such amazing advice. So much in this business is just out of your control, and you really just have to do what makes you happy and kind of work on yourself and not worry about what other people are doing because it's so hard to do that, especially with kids our age."
