Golfer Nelly Korda In Two Piece Workout Gear Stuns For SI Swim

Nelly Korda is an incredible golfer, and is considered the number 1 female in the sport. She recently appeared in the 2025 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition. Nelly shared some photos from her shoot on Instagram. In it, she wore an olive green set of two-piece workout gear. Her impressive figure, especially her flat abs were on display. Nelly captioned the post, “✨A DREAM ✨✨ AHHHHHH 😱 so excited to be featured alongside so many fellow athletes and amazing women! 💗” How does she keep herself in shape? She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the things that keeps Nelly in shape. In April, she competed in the first round of the Founders Cup in her hometown of Bradenton, Florida. Nelly shared these highlights from the day on Instagram. She captioned the post, “Bradenton ❤️ Thank you for all the support this week. No better feeling than playing at home in front of a hometown crowd. Weeks like this make me so grateful & thankful. Grateful for the fans, volunteers and sponsors that support all of us and thankful for the incredible 13 Founders that paved the way for us. She Runs

Nelly trains hard to keep herself in shape, and that includes doing some cardio workouts. She shared some of her training routine in this Instagram video. One thing Nelly is seen doing is running on the treadmill. She captioned the video, “Snippets of the past two weeks in 🇨🇿 training @vistaresortprague with the best 🤩”

She Lifts Weights

Nelly also likes to lift weights to keep herself in shape. In the previous Instagram video, she does a lot of exercises with weights, like bent over rows, squats and hip thrusts with a barbell, and lunges with hand weights. According to research from ACE Fitness, using weights to workout has a lot of health benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle.”

She Does Barbell Hip Thrusts

Nelly is also seen doing hip thrusts with a barbell in her Instagram video. Hip thrusts on their own are a great workout, but doing them with a barbell makes them even more beneficial. ACE Fitness states, “One reason why the BHT is so effective for the glutes is that in the supine position, the gluteal muscles are placed under constant tension during the entire range of motion, from the bottom of the movement, when the hips are flexed and under load, to the top of the movement, when the hips are fully extended.”

She Does Squats

One way Nelly keeps her legs in shape is by doing squats. She is seen doing them with a barbell in her Instagram video. Squats are very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says that they can help with posture. “Poor posture can cause all kinds of problems, including back pain, neck pain, headaches and an overall lack of flexibility. But working your erector spinae muscles, like through squatting, can help strengthen them and improve your posture.”
