Katie Austin In Two-Piece Workout Gear Attends Sports Illustrated’s Social Club

Katie Austin is one of the go-to fitness influencers out there, and even has her own app. This clearly runs in her family, as she’s the daughter of renowned fitness expert Denise Austin. Katie has done a lot of collaborations with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. She’s walked the runway for them, has appeared in their 2025 edition, and recently attended their Social Club. Katie rocked an adorable pink set of two-piece workout gear in an Instagram post from the occasion. She captioned it, “@katieaustinapp x @si_swimsuit Social Club💕💫 the best time working out together!!!! LETS DO MORE OF THESE YEAH?!?”
She Switches Up Her Workouts
Katie shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Women’s Health. Katie says that she has a lot of different reasons for working out at different times. “We go through different phases of life and reasons why we work out. One week, I could be working out simply because I’m really stressed, and I’m craving lower-impact movement that just feels gentle and good. Then then next six months I may be training harder with weights to gain strength. Changes and shifts are great.”
She Cooks
In addition to working out, Katie makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She shares a lot of her favorite recipes on Instagram. “I love doing recipes—and cooking is a huge passion of mine,” Katie says to Women’s Health. “I’m here simply to help people create at-home, relatable, accessible recipes that are easy for the average person when they get home from work and they’re tired and only have or want to use four ingredients to cook with, for instance.”
She Does A Combination Of Cardio & Weights
Katie’s go-to workout is a combination of strength training and cardio. “I like the combination of something a little bit lighter on the body paired with more intense strength training, in addition to some cardio,” she explains to Women’s Health. “But if I only have time to work out, say, two days that week, I’ll do cardio and sculpt mixed together—It’s my favorite way to work out.”
She Plans Her Workouts
Katie is a very busy woman, which can make it hard for her to workout. However, she tells Women’s Health that planning out her workouts ahead of time helps her stay consistent. “I’m always traveling and I have a hectic schedule, so I have to plan and also honor the time slots that I do have, even if it doesn’t mean getting some long workout in that day.”
She Takes Care Of Her Acne
Katie has amazing skin, and she shared some of her secrets with Good Housekeeping. She says that she struggles with acne, and has found the perfect routine to take care of it. “For the longest time, I used so many different products. I struggled with acne since I was 21 years old, and I always thought adding more products and doing the most would help. It actually was exactly the opposite. Right now, my favorite skin product at night is iS CLINICAL.”
