SI Swim Rookie Nicole Williams English Poses In Green Swimsuit

Nicole Williams English made waves as a cast member on WAGS LA and as a member of the 2023 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit’s rookie class. In fact, she posed for the magazine when she was pregnant with her first child. Two years later, Nicole is back in the magazine for this year’s edition. Nicole shared some photos from the shoot on Instagram, and shared her thoughts on working with the brand in the caption. “Issue’s out. Year three. Heart full. She Records Her Workouts

In an interview with Pretty Little Thing, Nicole shared some of her workout secrets. She admits that it can be hard to keep herself motivated to workout, but she’s found a trick to help her out. “I record my workouts,” Nicole says. “I find that it makes me really push hard because I want the video to be great, so I just blast the music and when I watch my videos to the music it makes me very motivated!”
She Uses Weights

Nicole loves doing workouts with weights. She talked about why in her Pretty Little Thing interview. “I’m more into light weights. I like to keep a strong lean build. Strong legs and butt are what I work on the most. I’ve never really liked Yoga… I like to move and do different things because I get bored fast and cardio is the devil lol.”
She Gets Enough Protein

Nicole is open about being a vegetarian, however, she makes sure that she gets enough protein in her diet. She revealed to SI Swim that she takes supplements to help her out. “Make sure you’re supplementing so you’re getting enough protein. I’m now making sure that I’m having protein shakes. It’s a big part of my day. I wake up and have a protein shake in the morning, make sure I put my powder in and all my supplements, and then I have a protein shake at night as well.”
She Does Sit-Ups Each Night
Nicole makes sure to stay consistent with her fitness. She revealed to Vue New Jersey that she has some staple exercises that she does each night. “I’ll do 100 sit-ups and use bands while I watch TV each night. Right now, I’m also trying to learn to do the splits, so I work on that nightly too.”
She’s Comfortable With Herself

Nicole wasn’t always confident with herself. She tells Yahoo Canada that her mindset shifted, and now she’s comfortable with herself. “I feel like I kind of came into myself and in my early 30s…There was something inside me that was dying to come out. I want to get tattoos. I want to dye my hair red. I want to get a whole bunch of piercings. I want to do what I want to do.”
