She also eats a lot of plant-based foods. “I’m mostly a vegan, and I try to avoid gluten,” Lisa said in an interview with TooFab. “I say ‘mostly’ because I slip every once in a while. Dairy was the hardest thing to go off, but my skin cleared up immediately after I stopped eating it.”

She Loves Jazzercise

Lisa is open about her love of dancing, and shares a lot of dance videos on her social media pages. Naturally, one of her go-to workouts is Jazzercise. She tells TooFab that she has been doing Jazzercise since she was young. “I have been very active since I was 16, when I started doing Jazzercise. I found Jazzercise and I thought I found Jesus! I workout because it makes me feel good. I get cranky when I’m not active.”

She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Lisa shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with People. She says that when it comes to fitness, she believes in variety, and has a go-to combination of workouts. “I just think it’s really good to move everyday. I really love the combination of SoulCycle and yoga. It keeps me balanced and sane. I’ve been my own dietician and workout therapist for years. I think you have to listen to your body.”

She Believes In Moderation

While Lisa does eat a healthy diet, she doesn’t like to completely deprive herself. She tells People that she believes in moderation and balance. “I don’t love to use the word diet because if I do, I’ll just want to eat 10 times more. Moderation is key. I tend to call myself a dirty vegan. I’m mostly plant-based — but if I do need to eat some meat, I’ll have it.”

5

She Loves Yoga

Another thing that Lisa does to keep herself in shape is practice yoga. She opened up about her love of the exercise in an interview with Us Weekly. “Yoga has been my life savior for 26 years I’ve been practicing now. It’s my consistent … you know, I do many workouts and I go through lots of different things, but I think most consistently practicing yoga has been the most helpful in keeping myself grounded and somewhat space … somewhat…”
