Euphoria’s Sydney Sweeney In Two-Piece Workout Gear Is “Wandering Around”

The Emmy nominee went for a bike ride by the beach.

Sydney Sweeney has become one of Hollywood’s most talented actresses. She’s best known for her role as Cassie Howard in Euphoria, and she’s filming the third season right now. Sydney also starred in the first season of The White Lotus, which earned her an Emmy nomination, and the rom-com Anyone But You. In between filming, Sydney hit the beach, and shared some photo of herself going for a bike ride on Instagram. In them, she wore a black top and white shorts, showing off her figure. Sydney captioned the post, “Wandering around.” How does she keep herself in shape? She Bikes

As you can see from her Instagram post, Sydney likes to bike ride to keep herself in shape. According to The Cleveland Clinic, biking has a lot of health benefits. “Cycling is often recommended as a low-impact and engaging workout for people of all ages. It’s an aerobic exercise and helps strengthen your heart, blood vessels and lungs.”

She Surfs

As you can see from her Instagram post, Sydney loves going to the beach. One thing she likes to do there is go surfing. Sydney shared this video on Instagram of her first experience surfing. She captioned the post, “Water surfing for my first time ever celebrating national raspberry day with my @drinkbai flavor  ~raspberry~ lemon lime! kind of proud of myself :)”

She Drinks Water

Sydney shared some of her diet secrets in an interview with Women’s Health. She says that she only drinks water each day, and has been doing so since she was young. “Ever since I was 12 years old, I was like, ‘I’m just going to drink water,'” she said. “And I love it. And I’ve been drinking Bai also, which is flavored water, and I really like it because you can kind of get bored with water every day, but that’s my balance.”

She Doesn’t Have A Specific Diet

When it comes to her diet, Sydney believes in eating food that she likes. “It’s important to eat,” she says to Women’s Health. “I mean, I definitely one day will probably start eating healthier, but I work out and I’m so active, so I’m able to balance that out. But I love food and it makes me happy.”

She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Sydney does a lot of different things to keep herself in shape. She shared some of her favorite workouts in an interview with Bustle. “I try to take my dog on a walk twice a day. We’ll do a 2-mile walk in the morning and again at night if I can. If I’m feeling really motivated, I’ll run. If I have an hour, I’ll do a workout video at home, like a DOGPOUND one. Sometimes it’s hard if I’m missing equipment, but it’s doable.”
