Tinx Poses In A Bikini For Paper Magazine Spread

Tinx is the Internet’s big sister. She’s one of the most followed people on TikTok and Instagram. She has her own podcast, It’s Me Tinx. And she recently released her first fiction book, Hotter In The Hamptons, her second book overall. Tinx recently appeared in Paper Magazine, and she looked amazing. Paper shared photos from the shoot on Instagram this week. In them, Tinx wore a black bikini with a tan dress over it. How does she keep herself in shape? She Walks

Tinx loves to walk to keep herself in shape. She tells Bustle that she walks every day. “I have to go outside and get in a walk, even if it’s just for five minutes. It’s so hard to find time to work out when I travel, but I will always go for a walk. I call it rich mom walking with my followers — it’s our joke. I always try to do my 10,000 steps a day, especially outside.”
She Loves Low-Impact Workouts
Tinx tells Bustle that she loves easier workouts like Pilates. “For me, a workout has to be low-impact. I’m not a jumper or a hard worker-outer. I like gentle. There are a lot of studies coming out showing that lower impact is actually better for women’s hormones, especially when you’re stressed, and I believe that.”
She Stays Hydrated
One of Tinx’s biggest wellness secrets is drinking enough water. She shared her secret for doing so in her Bustle interview. “I have what I call my emotional support water bottle,” she says. “And I always keep it with me. I feel like if you love your water bottle, you’re more likely to drink the water. I have an array: the Stanley, the Bkr, and the Simple Modern.”
She Swaps Unhealthy Foods Out
Tinx has made a lot of swaps in her diet. She tells POPSugar that she’s stopped drinking soda in favor of iced tea. “I think when you can make those healthy swaps, it really does add up,” Tinx explained. “Instead of thinking about what you’re not having, think about what you’re adding: extra vitamins, more water, this and that, healthy chocolate swap, whatever it is.”
She Loves Her Body
Tinx is all about self-love. “You only have one body, so treat it like a temple,” she explained to POPSugar. “Whatever you need. If you need more sleep, if you need to get a massage, if you need to rest one day — listen to your body and take care of it and feed it good food and love it. Just love it.”
