She Works With A Trainer

Camila works with trainer, Jenna Willis, to keep herself in shape. Jenna says to HELLO! Magazine that she tries to get as many sessions in with the singer as she can. “Generally speaking, most of my clients have crazy busy schedules, from traveling the world to being on stage or on-set. That being said, we fit exercise in wherever we can, when we can, and however we can!”

She Loves Probiotics

Camila shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Well + Good. She says that she eats a lot of food that has probiotics. She even invested in the natural soda brand, Olipop, for this reason. “I definitely think food is a big part of everything. So things that have natural probiotics like tea or yogurt. Um, but also I take probiotics every day.”

She Goes To Therapy

Camila is open about her struggles with her mental health. She talked about her journey with therapy in her Well + Good interview. “I connected with a few different therapists along the way, and they helped me in different moments of my life. But I definitely found one right now that I feel like really made the biggest difference. And, so I think it came first out of necessity and then out of just like really seeing the change therapy made in my life and seeing how much I grew as a person.”

She Gets Enough Sleep

No matter how busy she gets, Camila prioritizes getting enough sleep. She shared her tips for doing so in her Well + Good interview. “I realize it’s better for me to sleep earlier so I try to go to sleep early and not be a night owl. Like even if I sleep at like two in the morning and wake up at noon, it’s not the same as sleeping at like 11 p.m. and waking up at  8 a.m. Also I try not to like drink too much because drinking really affects the quality of my sleep.”

She Doesn’t Diet

Camila doesn’t put herself on a restrictive diet at the advice of her trainer, Jenna. “I tell my clients crash diets and overdoing workouts can be like a bad relationship,” she said to HollywoodLife. “If they seem too good to be true, they are. While at first, it may feel exciting since change seems to be happening, but then all of a sudden, all the pitfalls that challenged your previous relationships will sneak back in and you’ll find yourself right where you started – unhappy, unhealthy, and maybe holding a pint of ice cream.”
