Kate Hudson Stuns In Birthday Tribute For Partner Danny Fujikawa

Kate Hudson recently celebrated her partner, Danny Fujikawa’s birthday. And she shared a gorgeous photo on Instagram of the two of them. In it, Kate and Danny were seen embracing. She wore a lacy black outfit, looking beautiful. She Sets Goals
Kate talked about her fitness tips in an interview with People. She says that one of her secrets is setting goals for herself. “I’m definitely challenging myself in new ways, which I need. I like to be able to set new goals to see what I can accomplish, and I love how flexible and strong I feel after a good workout, especially doing Pilates, which never gets easier.”
She Works Out Consistently
From her acting career, to her Fabletics line, to her music career, Kate is a very busy woman. But that doesn’t mean she skips working out. “I need to be moving to feel good,” she says in her interview with People. “Even just making time for a little movement everyday — going for a walk, doing a few minutes on the treadmill, some Pilates, or if I have more time for it, I love hot yoga.”
She Uses The WW Program
Many celebrities use the WW, or Weight Watchers program, to help them eat better, and Kate is one of them. She explains what she loves about the program to People. “I have never been an extremist. I love food. And I love a good cocktail. For me, it’s really about everything in moderation; I stay mindful of what I put in my body and remember that it’s OK to enjoy yourself; WW emphasizes that living a healthy life doesn’t mean feeling deprived.”
She Does Sled Pulls & Pushes
Kate shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to use to exercise is a sled. Kate posted this video of herself doing sled pulls and pushes during a session with her trainer. She captioned the post, “Back at it with the sleeeeeeeedddddd 😜”
She Drinks Celery Juice
Kate broke down her daily wellness routine in an interview with E! News. She says that she only drinks celery juice in the mornings. “I do not eat first thing in the morning. The first thing I do in the morning is I have celery juice. And if anybody does celery juice on an empty stomach they know why—cause it’s a joyous morning activity.”
