Maren Morris In Bikini Announces New Album “Dreamsicle”

Maren Morris is one of the hottest artists in country music for almost a decade. Sheβs known for hits like βThe Bonesβ, βMy Churchβ, and βGirl.β Maren has a new album out, called Dreamsicle,Β and she promoted it with a gorgeous photoshoot. She Eats Healthy On The Road
Maren shared her secrets for staying healthy on the road in an interview with Womenβs Health. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy, especially after a show. βWhen Iβm out there, I make it count. I know Iβll feel awful if I donβt eat right after burning all those calories in the show.β
She Plays Tennis
Maren works with trainer Erin Opera to keep herself in shape. Erin shared some of the singerβs workout secrets in an interview with E! News. βShe has been playing tennis. I encourage clients to do their cardio outside of me. Sports are always the best way because when youβre chasing a ball, youβre not thinking about cardio.β
She Does Squats
One thing Maren does to stay in shape is squats. Erin shared the routine she has Maren do in her E! News interview. βThere are so many variations of my squat into lunges that I like. Weβve been playing a fun sumo squat game that I love. It is a sumo squat and you do 10 tiny jumps staying low. You hold for 10 seconds in the down position. Then you do nine tiny downs and you hold low for 10 seconds. Then you do eight jumps and hold low for 10 seconds.β
She Makes A Healthy Breakfast
Maren makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She shared her go-to healthy breakfast in an interview with Womenβs Health. βI just make three egg whites, a piece of whole wheat toast, and some blueberriesβand coffee, always.β Maren says that she typically eats the majority of her carbs in the mornings.
She Keeps Her Skin Hydrated
Maren shared some of her favorite products with POPSugar. She says that she makes sure to keep her skin hydrated each day. βI mean, it sounds really simple to throw this out there because itβs such a household thing, but since my sonβs been born β he has really sensitive skin, and so do I β heβs dealt with [dry] patches, and good old Vaseline has been the holy grail. Now, even Iβve gotten into it, and I slather every part of my body in it.β
