Maren Morris is one of the hottest artists in country music for almost a decade. She’s known for hits like “The Bones”, “My Church”, and “Girl.” Maren has a new album out, called Dreamsicle, and she promoted it with a gorgeous photoshoot. She shared some highlights from the shoot on Instagram, and included a photo of herself in a bikini. Maren captioned the post, “She wasn’t my easiest album to write, but she’s my proudest. She Eats Healthy On The Road

Maren shared her secrets for staying healthy on the road in an interview with Women’s Health. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy, especially after a show. “When I’m out there, I make it count. I know I’ll feel awful if I don’t eat right after burning all those calories in the show.”

She Plays Tennis

Maren works with trainer Erin Opera to keep herself in shape. Erin shared some of the singer’s workout secrets in an interview with E! News. “She has been playing tennis. I encourage clients to do their cardio outside of me. Sports are always the best way because when you’re chasing a ball, you’re not thinking about cardio.”

She Does Squats

One thing Maren does to stay in shape is squats. Erin shared the routine she has Maren do in her E! News interview. “There are so many variations of my squat into lunges that I like. We’ve been playing a fun sumo squat game that I love. It is a sumo squat and you do 10 tiny jumps staying low. You hold for 10 seconds in the down position. Then you do nine tiny downs and you hold low for 10 seconds. Then you do eight jumps and hold low for 10 seconds.”

She Makes A Healthy Breakfast

Maren makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She shared her go-to healthy breakfast in an interview with Women’s Health. “I just make three egg whites, a piece of whole wheat toast, and some blueberries—and coffee, always.” Maren says that she typically eats the majority of her carbs in the mornings.

She Keeps Her Skin Hydrated

Maren shared some of her favorite products with POPSugar. She says that she makes sure to keep her skin hydrated each day. “I mean, it sounds really simple to throw this out there because it’s such a household thing, but since my son’s been born — he has really sensitive skin, and so do I — he’s dealt with [dry] patches, and good old Vaseline has been the holy grail. Now, even I’ve gotten into it, and I slather every part of my body in it.”
