Kendall recently shared a set of photos of herself enjoying a pool day. In it, she lounged on a chair in a black bikini. Kendall’s amazing figure was on display. She Does Ice Facials

Kendall shared some of her favorite self-care practices in an interview with Forbes. One thing she does to take care of her skin and her anxiety is give herself an ice facial. “Something I’ve been doing a lot lately is an ice facial. I take a bowl of ice and dip my face into it first thing in the morning. It’s amazing for your skin but also really incredible for helping with anxiety.”

She Does Pilates

One thing Kendall does to keep herself in shape is do reformer Pilates. She told Forbes, “I throw on an Alo Yoga set and head to my favorite reformer pilates class.” According to an article from ACE Fitness, Pilates of all kinds has a lot of benefits. “The low-intensity, muscle-strengthening workout can promote flexibility, mobility, and posture. What’s more, it can set your body up to complete other more intense strength-training safely.”

She Double Cleanses

Kendall tells Forbes that one of her biggest skincare secrets is double-cleansing her face, especially when she’s been wearing makeup all day. “The most important step for me is washing my face and removing any makeup. Especially during fashion month or shoot days when I’m wearing a full face of makeup all day long. I usually double cleanse at the end of the night and even throughout the day to let my skin breathe and avoid breakouts.”

She Does Cardio Workouts

Kendall opened up about her wellness routine in an interview with Byrdie. In it, she revealed that she makes sure to workout on a regular basis, and will even do workouts that she doesn’t particularly like. “I hate cardio,” Kendall admits. “I’d rather just stand there and lift some weights than run in place. But I’ll do it!”

She Washes Her Face

One of Kendall’s biggest skincare secrets is washing her face multiple times a day. “I’m very simple and lazy with my beauty routine,” she said to Byrdie. “I wouldn’t say I’m that daring. But I’ve always been super OCD about washing my face—and that’s even before I started modeling. But it’s definitely enhanced now because I wear so much makeup all the time. I wash my face at least two or three times a day.”
