Tamra Judge is flaunting her figure in a tiny peach bikini. The Real Housewives of Orange County star proves that age is just a number in her latest Instagram post. “Thirsty Thursday and only three weeks ’til the 🍊 hits the fan. #RHOC #57yearsyoung,” she captioned the sexy snap. “Dayuuuum girl!!!” commented one of her followers. “That’s my hawt friend❤️❤️🔥🔥” Alexis Bellino added. Tamra Exercises at Least 4 Times a Week
Tamra revealed in a social media post that she does “weight training 4 times a week” to keep her fit physique. She adds, “cardio is my weakness. I just started adding more cardio because I have a couple to lose. I try min 3 days a week.”
Tamra Eats Clean
On Instagram Tamra reveals that her typical diet consists of “ground turkey (lean protein), veggies, good fats, complex carbs.” She adds: “Don’t eat processed foods, sugars, breads, bad fats, limit alcohol,” she wrote. “NO SODAS. Be consistent and don’t starve yourself.”
Tamra Hydrates
In a video for Bravo’s The Feast, Tamra reveals that hydration is key. “I don’t drink alcohol at the house,” she explains in the video. “The only time I drink alcohol is when we go to dinner with somebody. We just drink water in our house, that’s it.”
Tamra Bodybuilds
Tamra started bodybuilding in 2020. “To me, it was never about getting on stage and winning,” she told People. “It was more about setting a goal for myself and completing it. That’s what I did. That was the rewarding part.” What sparked the decision to set that goal? “I was at the age where a lot of women’s bodies start to go through menopause, and I’d been seeing some changes in my body and I didn’t like it,” she said. “As far as competitions go, I’d always wanted to do one, but I never had the tools to do it,” Judge says. “Going to the gym is one thing, but this is a whole other level. This is like, bodybuilding. You have to train totally differently for it.”
Tamra Eats From 6 AM Until 7 PM
Tamra eats three meals per day, starting early. “Six o’clock in the morning is when I have my first meal,” she says to The Feast, adding that dinner time is at 6:00 pm, or at least no later than 7:00 pm.
