Fitness Influencer Tammy Hembrow In Bikini Takes Egypt Trip

Tammy Hembrow is one of the most successful fitness influencers out there. She has her own app called Tammy Fit. She has her own line of workout clothes with Saski. And she has a large Instagram following. Last month, Tammy took a trip to Egypt, and she made sure to bring the right outfits to brave the desert heat. She shared a set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a pool day. In them, Tammy wore a leopard print bikini, her figure on display. How does Tammy keep herself in shape? She Works Her Legs

Tammy doesn’t skip leg day. She shared some of her favorite moves in this Instagram video. In it, Tammy is seen doing RDLs, hip thrusts, lunges, and squats. She captioned the post, “Guys you do nottt need to be doing a million exercises in one workout to see progress & hypertrophy. Even just 4 well-selected movements done right, with the right intensity, tension, and volume can be more than enough to stimulate serious growth !!”
She Works Out While Traveling
Tammy makes sure to stay consistent with working out, even when she travels. In this Instagram post, she shared some of her go-to exercises to do while on the road, and promoted her 8 Week Busy Girl challenge on her app. Tammy captioned the post, “This challenge is literally how I’ve been training & is for all my busy girlies/mamas/working girls etc that just want to see the best results possible without having to spend hours in the gym everyday. It’s about maximising your time & fitting it in where you can 🫶🏼 also can be done at home or in the gym.”
She Eats Enough Protein
Tammy shared some of her diet secrets in an interview with New Idea. She says that she makes sure to get enough protein in her diet. “For me, lean protein like chicken breast, turkey and fish, really helps,” Tammy says. “But I find that with trying to build my booty I wasn’t consuming the amount of protein I needed so supplements like protein shakes helped too.”
She Eats Complex Carbs
Another food that Tammy incorporates into her diet is complex carbohydrates. “I needed to eat lots to build that area so I also ate lots of complex carbohydrates like brown rice, oatmeal, potatoes and healthy fats,” she said to New Idea. “I’ve been trying to cut back on meat lately which I have found difficult. I usually end my day with oats and protein again. Boring I know!”
She Enjoys Working Out
Tammy talked about her fitness journey in an interview with Women’s Best. She says that she makes sure to keep herself motivated to workout. “I feel happier when I work. If I’m not working out during the week, I feel more sluggish and have less energy and it’s really important for me to feel good with how busy I am and with two little kids.”
