In one photo, Ariana is seen sunbathing in a bikini with a friend. She captioned the post, “Digital Fijian postcard.” How does Ariana keep herself in shape? She Protects Her Skin From The Sun

Ariana shared some of her skincare secrets in an interview with Good Housekeeping. She says that after having to have a skin cancer tumor removed, protecting her skin from the sun is one of her biggest tips. “Of course SPF is super important, so I use a 50 SPF. I keep it with me throughout the day in case I need to reapply.”

She Hydrates Her Skin

 

Another of Ariana’s skincare secrets is keeping her skin as hydrated as possible. “In the morning, I only wash my face with water,” she tells Good Housekeeping. “And then I start with Bio-Oil. I do my face and my chest of course, where my scar is, when I’m getting ready in the morning. Then I hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.”

She’s Consistent

Ariana makes sure to be consistent with her skincare regime. “The biggest thing for me, though, is not necessarily all of the different steps,” she says to Good Housekeeping. “It’s about being consistent in the steps and doing all of these things, or at least most of these things, every day. And I’ve definitely noticed that with Bio-Oil and my scar. If I have a product and I use it once or twice, I’m not really getting the benefits. So that’s something I make sure to have morning and night in my routine.”

She Drinks Protein Shakes

One of Ariana’s go-to wellness products are protein shakes. “I’ve been trying to be better about protein,” Ariana says to Good Housekeeping. “It’s hard when I’m trying to get enough protein every day and getting it from food sometimes isn’t enough. I found these Slate shakes, which have 20 grams of protein.”

She’s Reminding Herself To Eat

In an interview on the Scheanaigans with Scheana Shay podcast, as reported by People, Ariana revealed her past struggles with an eating disorder. She says that she is retraining her brain to fight it, and make sure she eats enough. “I feel like I have some tendencies toward disordered eating, but at least I’m more now conscious of it and will fight against it to be healthy,” she said. “Whereas in the past I was like, ‘Just don’t eat, just don’t eat.’ And that was bad.”
