WWE Diva & The Traitors’ Nikki Bella In Bikini Stuns At Fanatics Fest

The "Bella Twin" did her iconic entrance at the event.

Nikki Bella is one of the most legendary wrestlers of all time. She and her twin sister Brie are known as “The Bella Twins” and competed in the WWE. After retiring, the sisters launched a podcast, a beauty line, a wine company, and starred on the E! Network series, Total Bellas. Nikki attended Fanatics Fest this week, and returned to her WWE roots. In a video the company posted, Nikki did her iconic entrance into the ring, wearing her old two-piece gear. WWE captioned the post, “10s across the board for @nikkigarcia’s @fanaticsfest entrance!” How does Nikki Bella keep herself in shape? Here are 5 of her wellness tips.

She Lifts Weights

One thing Nikki does to keep herself in shape is lift weights. She included some photos and videos in this Instagram post of herself working out with a barbell in the gym. In them, Nikki is seen doing Romanian Deadlifts. She captioned the post, “Love my Napa Valley life.” Lifting weights has a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness states, “Using maximal loads for compound (multi-joint) movements like the deadlift, squat-to-shoulder press, bent-over row or chest press can improve intermuscular coordination, which is the ability of many muscles to work together to generate and control high levels of force through multiple joints.”

She Does What She Loves

From her podcast to her companies, Nikki has a busy life. You’d think that this might lead to her being burnt out. But Nikki says otherwise. She tells USA Today that she genuinely loves everything she does, which helps her not feel stressed. “Because we are so passionate about everything we do; it never feels like work. Even when I spend every minute of the day working on all of my projects, I don’t feel burnt out because I love every single one of them.”

She Works Hard

Nikki makes sure to work hard. When USA Today asked her what advice she’d give to young women, she says to not give up and keep working. “Never give up on your dreams. The road is tough as an entrepreneur and you’ll have ups and downs but stay fearless and never give up because you will succeed.”

She’s Comfortable With Her Body

 

Nikki is all about being body-positive. In fact, her mother encouraged her to have this mindset. Nikki tells Us Weekly, “My mom said, ‘You’re gonna be my age one day and will look back and be like, why didn’t I appreciate that body more?’ [God] didn’t make me a size 2 or 0. He made me curvy in a beautiful and ass-kicking way!”

She Walks

Nikki shared some of her favorite workouts in her Us Weekly interview. She says that she loves going on power walks. “It’s about having a healthy lifestyle.” Walking is a great way to keep yourself in shape. The Cleveland Clinic says, “Research shows that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day leads to long-term health benefits, including a reduced risk for heart disease…The benefits of walking for 30 minutes a day include decreasing your resting heart rate, lowering your blood pressure and LDL (your “bad” cholesterol), and strengthening your heart.”
