Jennifer Lopez has gotten to do some amazing things in her career. From headlining the SuperBowl, to judging American Idol and World Of Dance, to starring in films like Selena and Hustlers. Recently, Jennifer was one of the performers for World Pride 2025, which took place in DC. She shared a video on Instagram of herself singing her song “Free.” In it, she wore a black sparkly bikini and fringe jacket, her abs on display. Jennifer showed support for the LGBTQ+ community in the caption, writing, “We all have the right to be who we want to be, and live our lives the way we want to live them. Naturally, dancing is one of the things that keeps her in shape. “I am 100 percent convinced that working out is part of what makes me so happy,” Jennifer told HELLO! Magazine. “Dance has always been a huge part of my life and taking the time to move my body and do something that’s so good for me is key to my happiness.”
She Believes In Moderation
When it comes to her diet, Jennifer makes sure to eat healthily. However, she does indulge once in a while. Jennifer talked about this with People, as reported by HELLO! Magazine. “Throughout the years I’ve learned the importance of maintaining a healthier diet. I still eat some of the foods I love, but in moderation. I don’t deprive myself.”
She Takes Care Of Her Skin
Jennifer has amazing skin, and many fans wonder what her secrets are. She shared some of her tips in her HELLO! Magazine interview. “I always, always wash my face after a workout. That helps keep my pores clean and my skin feeling healthy. Then I’ll usually put on moisturiser and sunscreen, with maybe a little make-up if I’m going out or moisturiser and eye cream if it’s the evening.”
She Cooks
Jennifer loves to cook healthy meals for her family. She tells People, via HELLO! Magazine, that she makes a lot of meals with fresh veggies. “We eat a lot of green vegetables, asparagus, Brussel sprouts, broccoli and kale. I love to cook a lot of stuff, I love cooking Puerto Rican food because that’s what I grew up on.”
She Gets Enough Sleep
Jennifer shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with HollywoodLife. She says that she makes sure to get enough sleep each night. “I love a good nine or 10 hours, but I can never get that. So seven or eight is mandatory. [If I don’t get it] I just don’t feel right. I start feeling crazy, I get emotional and I feel tired all the time.”
