Rita Ora In Bikini Says “Come Away With Me In This HEATwave”

Rita Ora is soaking up the summer. She has the perfect new summer single out, called “Heat.” She also recently released a bikini line with Primark. Rita has been promoting both heavily on Instagram. In a recent post, she modeled some piece from the line on the beach. Rita wore a light pink bikini and a white one. She captioned the post, “Come away with me during this HEATwave 🥵” How does Rita Ora keep herself in shape? Here are 5 of her diet and exercise secrets.
She Eats Healthy
Rita shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Cosmopolitan. She makes sure to eat a healthy diet, and revealed some of her go-to meals. “I travel a lot so it’s hard to have a regime. I have smoothies in the morning. I also have eggs – I’m a pro at breakfast. For lunch I’ll have some salmon and chicken and for dinner I love truffle! I’ll have broccoli pasta, truffle pasta or pizza.”
She Isn’t Focusing On Losing Weight
Rita makes sure to be healthy, and for her, that doesn’t mean losing weight. “I’m not the skinniest person in the world, but I don’t try to be,” she said in her interview with Cosmopolitan. “I’m more focused on toning, rather than trying to be skinny, which I feel everyone should try because that comes more naturally.”
She Focuses On Portion Control
Rita does still enjoys some of her favorite indulgences, but when she does, she focuses on portion control.”I watch what I eat but I just cut my portions in half,” she explained to Cosmopolitan. “So if I want a burger, I’ll just cut it in half and eat half of it. That or I’ll take the bread off and only eat the burger. Or if I want fries then I won’t have a burger to go with them.”

Rita loves going for hikes to keep herself in shape. She shared some photos and videos of herself going on a hike in this workout post on Instagram. Rita captioned the post, “Work out 💪 body slams and some nature this weekend – not bad.” According to ACE Fitness, hiking has a lot of benefits. “Hiking helps increase the strength in the leg muscles, builds stability in the core muscles and enhances balance skills. The more technical the terrain is, along with an increase in climbing intensity, the more balance and core strength is required because more muscles are being recruited to manage the steeper terrain.”
She Looks To Other Stars To Motivate Her
Rita shared some of her fitness secrets in an interview with Shape Magazine, as reported by FOX News. She says that she looks to other celebrities to help her stay motivated. “When I need to motivate myself to work out, I look at pictures of women like Jennifer Lopez and Kate Beckinsale. They look incredible! If they can look like that, I have no excuse.”
