Gal Gadot is enjoying the summertime, and a recent Instagram post proves it. She shared a set of photos on her page of herself having a pool day. She Eats The Mediterranean Diet

Gal shared some of her diet and exercise secrets in an interview with Shape Magazine. She says that she makes sure to eat a healthy diet. “I’ll never forget what a fitness trainer explained: Even if you work out for two hours a day, there are a lot of hours left to eat. So the foods you choose are important. I’m all about the Mediterranean diet. I love to cook it, and I enjoy eating it too.”

She Eats A Lot Of Protein

Gal shared some of her favorite foods in an interview with Good Housekeeping. She says that she likes eating a lot of lean protein for lunch. “I love all different kinds of fish, but my latest obsession is Chilean sea bass. I also like chicken and filet steak.” According to research from Piedmont, getting enough protein is extremely important. “It plays a key role in the creation and maintenance of every cell in our bodies. It fuels our cells and powers our bodies.”

For dinner, Gal typically makes a salad. She shared some of her favorite recipes in her Good Housekeeping interview. “I’m also big on salad with delicious dressings. The ones I make are either based with olive oil or Greek yogurt with lots of herbs and spices for a delicious kick.”

She Interval Trains

Gal has a busy schedule, so when it comes to working out, she needs exercises she can do at home and on a regular basis. “I like to do interval training, and I’m super grateful that I can do those workouts in my gym at home,” Gal tells Shape Magazine. I try to get to it every day, but sometimes it’s more like three to four times a week. It’s been a bit challenging to carve out the time with the family at home.”

She Believes In Balance

Gal makes sure to eat a balanced diet, and that means occasionally indulging in her favorite junk foods. “I’m not a saint,” she admitted to Shape Magazine. “I eat cheeseburgers and stuff like that. But the majority of the time, I keep it healthy. And when I do, I’m more vital.”
