Tash Oakley In Orange Bikini Spends “3 Weeks in Greece”

Tash Oakley is a lot of things. She’s a successful model. She’s an entrepreneur, having launched Monday Swim, Monday Body, and The Pilates Class. And she’s one of Instagram’s best follows. Tash does a lot of traveling and posts a lot of her vacation highlights and amazing looks on Instagram. Recently, she took a trip to Greece, and posted a photo series of herself in Antiparos. In one photo, Tash wore an orange bikini and wrap by the pool. She Does Pilates

Tash is one of the brains behind the workout program, The Pilates Class. Naturally, pilates is one of the ways she keeps herself in shape. She talked about her love of the exercise in this blog post on her website. “I am a HUGE fan of pilates. It really suits my body and fitness goals to a tee and now that I have The Pilates Class, I’ve found it easier than ever to stick to a routine and reach my goals because I never have an excuse – it’s literally so easy to roll out of bed and do a class at home.”
She Walks
Tash loves going for walks and runs to keep herself in shape. She talked about this in her blog post. “I am really not good with the cold which explains why I have created a life and career that revolves around warm destinations! I usually do a 45min- 1.5 hour walk on my chill days. If I am running, I will do about 45 mins of jogging with some sprint intervals in the middle.”
She Eats A Plant-Based Diet
Tash also talked about her diet in her blog post. She says that she limits her meat and animal product consumption. “I am predominantly vegetarian and eat vegan whenever I get the opportunity,” Tash wrote. “However, I do occasionally eat seafood and meat. During the week (Mon-Thurs), I am very healthy and aware of what I put into my body. My partner and I also do Meatless Mondays and Vegan Tuesdays which I encourage all meat eaters to do at the very least!”
She Believes In Balance
When it comes to wellness, Tash focuses on all aspects, and she encourages others to do the same. “Live a balanced lifestyle,” she said to Body + Soul. “Don’t focus too much on only fitness or only diet. Just keep positive, eat healthily, find a workout routine that you actually enjoy and be the best version of yourself rather than aspiring to be someone else.”
She Has A Nighttime Routine
One of Tash’s wellness secrets is getting enough sleep, and shared her secret for doing so in her blog post. “Having a routine at night that helps you with having a deep and restful sleep is so important,” Tash writes. “I put my phone down from 8pm most nights, take baths, drink tea and do my skin care routine so by the time my head hits the pillow I am in a calm and blissful state ready for my 8 hours. Honestly, I’ve always just been so big on sleep and cannot function without my 8 hours!”
