Big Bang Theory’s Kaley Cuoco in Bikini “Took the Risk”

Kaley Cuoco is giving followers a glimpse of her stint in Europe – in her bikini. In a new social media post, the Big Bang Theory star shows off her amazing figure in a skimpy swimsuit as part of a series of snaps. “So I’ve been home for a week trying to reflect on the last few months I spent in France shooting Vanished and having one of the coolest work experiences to date,” she captioned the Instagram post. “It takes a lot for me to leave my family and fully immerse myself into a job halfway across the world . Well, I had faith, took the risk, and with my amazing partner encouraging me 💯 to go and do this, I went and jumped in , and I’m so glad I did.” How does the star approach health and wellness? Here are her diet and fitness habits.
She Eats Smart
Kaley has smarter about her diet. “I’m much healthier now than I used to be. And I feel better than I ever have, but I also probably eat more than I ever have, which is interesting,” she told Women’s Health. “I’m actually eating smaller meals and drinking more water and less alcohol.” She added that she has learned a lot about nutrition. “I think I used to be afraid to eat, and now I just know the right things to eat. There’s a huge difference.”
Protein
Kaley makes sure to eat a lot of protein, starting the day with a sourdough toast slathered in peanut butter, followed by a tuna fish lunch. “I love tuna, [I] love it on a salad, love it in a wrap, love it in its own scoop, love it with chips. I’m like obsessed with tuna,” she told WH. Dinner usually consists of protein, like grilled salmon with baked potato and veggies. “If I had to say what I eat most, it would be salmon,” she said.
Small, Regular Meals
Kaley eats smaller but regular meals. “I learned over the past few years that I have to eat every two hours,” Kaley told WH. “I just do, and I’m not talking about giant meals, but I literally start to fall apart, especially when I’m shooting…there has to be at least a snack or something that I’m eating because I just lose energy so quickly.”
Smoothies
Kaley is a fan of drinkihng her nutrients. “I love a smoothie,” Kaley told WH. “I think it’s a great way to get a nice meal in there, and it’s quite easy.” Her “favorite fruit in the whole world”? Pears.
Cut Your Plate in Half at Restaurants
Kaley has some eating hacks. “If I go to dinner, she immediately wants me to cut my plate in half,” she told WH. After eating half she will “take a little break” and then keep eating if she is still hungry. However, “nine times out of 10,” she realizes she is full. “Our eyes are definitely bigger than our stomach,” she said.
