Rochelle Humes In Bikini Shares “24 Hours In The South Of France”

Rochelle Humes is best known for her time in the pop girl group, The Saturdays, and as the host of Hit List, with her hubby Marvin Humes. The couple recently celebrated their friends’ wedding with a trip to the South of France. Rochelle shared some highlights from the trip on Instagram. In them, Rochelle spent time by the beach and at the pool, and wore a pink patterened bikini. She captioned the post, “72 hours in the South of France with my love, celebrating love, with the people we love! 35 years of Mr & Mrs Ince ✨ I love you beyond measure. So grateful for you and that you are ours ❣️”
She Does A Variety Of Workouts
Rochelle works with trainer, Peter Maciver, to help her stay in shape. In an interview with Hello! Magazine, Peter says that he has Rochelle do a variety of workouts. “No two workouts with me are ever the same,” he says. “We might be doing the same body part but we’ll do different exercises as much as possible. This keeps things new and fresh and also stops the body becoming used to certain exercises.”
She Uses An Ab Roller
Rochelle likes to use an ab roller to keep herself in shape. Peter shared this video of herself using it in the gym on his Instagram. He captioned the post, “❗️A B • R O L L E R ❗️ @rochellehumes – Too many people are scared to try this exercise out of fear they can’t do it. This is hands down the BEST exercise for your abs💯💯 so if you’re not doing it you’re missing out! The Ab roller is a fantastic exercise for not only building your abs, but also shoulders, arms, chest and back💪🏾💪🏾”
She Does Workouts She Enjoys
Rochelle shared some of her wellness tips in an interview with Health Well Being. She says that she has found workouts that she enjoys doing. “I used to think, I need to do this type of workout with this trainer, but actually, fitness doesn’t have to be so military. Once you find the thing for you, you can enjoy it and for me, sometimes that’s just a nice walk and some Pilates. Fitness is super personal and I’ve learned that it doesn’t have to be all or nothing either.”
She Cooks
Rochelle loves to cook meals for her family. “Cooking is so relaxing,” she told Health Well Being. “Apart from the chopping, I hate that part – and there’s nothing more satisfying than knowing your family has had a good meal. I try to make sure everyone has the right amount of everything, but again, it comes back to balance.”
She Does Pilates
One of Rochelle’s go-to workouts is Pilates. “I just love it and try to do it a few times a week,” she says in an interview with Metro. “Anything that makes you switch off from the outside noise is good for your soul and, for me, that’s Pilates. I love to focus on my strength and zone out.”
