Jenna Johnson In Bikini Enjoys “Pool Day” With Val Chmerkofskiy

She Uses A Glycolic Peel
Jenna shared some of her skincare secrets in an interview with First For Women. She says that she uses a glycolic peel from Exuviance. “I’m going to put you on to my favorite product ever, and this is their Performance Peel AP25. This is the first ever glycolic peel at a professional level that you can do at home. It’s incredible for rejuvenating your skin, and it’s become a staple in my skincare routine.”
She Makes Time For Herself
Jenna has a busy schedule, but she makes sure to make time for herself. “Once you become a mom, you lose a lot of that personal time,” she told First For Women. “I have my days when I have my quick skincare routine, and then on the days that I have a moment to really take care of myself, I take advantage of it and I do my full-step routine, maybe a bath, throw on a candle, put on a mask. I think you just have to take advantage of the time you get for yourself.”
She Isn’t Worried About Her Appearance
In an interview with First For Women, via Woman’s World, Jenna talked about making her health a priority. She says that she is focusing on how she feels, rather than how she looks. “It took many years. I started taking care of myself internally and cared less about my outward appearance. When I focused on my mental health, nutrition and what fueled me, I noticed a shift—not just physically, but in how I carried myself with confidence. I wanted to walk tall, open to receiving things. Putting work into myself from the inside created a real change.”
She Does A Variety Of Workouts
Jenna does a lot of different things to keep herself in shape. She shared some of her favorites with First For Women, via Women’s World. “Pilates is my favorite—strengthening and stretching,” Jenna says. “I used to run a lot, but it wasn’t sustainable. I found the “3-12-30″ treadmill workout—3 mph speed, 12 incline, 30 minutes—that works every muscle. I read while doing it to stay distracted. Sometimes I do HIIT classes with my husband because I like to be competitive and it’s fun to work out together.”
She Dances
Jenna is a trained Latin and ballroom dancer, and these styles of dance really keep her in shape. She shared some of the benefits of dancing with People. “Salsa is a Latin dance and it’s great for stamina and cardio. There’s a lot of movement in the core area and so I feel like it’s awesome for sculpting your obliques and your back and just getting that area moving in general.”
