WAG Olivia Culpo in Bikini Shows Off “Buns in the Oven”

Here are her top health habits

Olivia Culpo is showing off her baby bump in a bikini. In a new social media post, the expectant star, who is married to NFL player Christian McCaffrey,  flaunts her growing bump in a red swimsuit over the holiday weekend. “Buns in the oven, burgers on the grill ❤️🇺🇸 happy 4th love you all ❤️❤️❤️❤️,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps and videos. How does the WAG maintain her amazing body? Celebwell rounded up some of her top health habits.

1

80/20 Rule

Olivia eats healthy most of the time. “I stick to the 80-20 rule,” she told Hamptons magazine. “Eighty percent of the time I’m really good, and then 20% of the time I allow myself to eat, not whatever, but indulge a little more, I guess you could say.” She fuels her body with healthy fiber and protein throughout the day. She starts her morning with coffee with oat milk and a bowl of fruit, avocado toast, and egg whites, followed by a salad for lunch. “I love chicken and any veggies with a miso vinaigrette,” she told Women’s Health.

20 Minute Cardio Workouts

Olivia’s 20-minute Cardio Challenge on social media is a workout short enough to slip into your day. “That is basically 20 minutes of cardio at whatever speed you want. I’ve been doing it with my followers encouraging them to join the challenge and just do whatever feels right for 20 minutes,” she explains. She adds that the great thing is that “it doesn’t feel too overwhelming,” and it is an easy way to get moving. “Before you know it, it’s over.”

3

Portable Exercise Equipment

Olivia is one of the many celebrity fans of P.volve equipment. The workout is a low-impact method with portable equipment that can be done anytime, anyplace. “The P.volve workout is great for me because I travel a lot,” she told Shape. “There are 3-pound ankle weights, 2-pound free weights, and tons of elastic bands that you can use in different ways.”

4

Healthy Snacks

Olivia snacks but keeps it healthy. “I’m obsessed with nuts,” she revealed to Women’s Health. She also mixes sweet with salty. “I need energy on set, so I like the raisins and the chocolate,” she explained.

5

Consistency

She is also consistent with her workouts. “I’ve noticed it’s very important to be consistent with workouts,” Olivia told Shape. “I think it’s really easy for people to go through phases where they’re really intense with their workouts and then they kind of fall out of it.” She continued, “I try to stay active as much as I can by doing low-impact, high-intensity workouts so that I’m consistent and I don’t wake up one day and realize it’s been two weeks and I haven’t worked out.” Olivia exercises almost every day. “I try to workout as many times a week as I can,” she told HollywoodLife. “Ideally, I workout five times a week but when I’m traveling for work or on set for 12+ hour days, it’s more difficult to carve out time.”

6

Cardio

Cardio is “a huge part of getting abs!” Olivia told HollywoodLife. “When I am running regularly, I can actually achieve abs comparable to when I am doing regular ab exercises. Cardio helps keep your BMI low and also stimulates your metabolism so it stays at a higher rate throughout the entire day. So your body is in fat burning mode for much longer, it’s like the gift that keeps on giving,” she said.
