Good Morning America’s Lara Spencer In Bikini Says “Happy Birthday”

Lara Spencer is best known for being a host on The Insider and Good Morning America. Her husband, Richard McVey, recently celebrated his birthday. Lara shared an adorable reel on Instagram of the couple for the occasion, set to Stevie Wonder’s “You Are The Sunshine Of My Life.” One photo Lara included in the video was of the couple enjoying a boat ride. She wore a green bikini with lemons on it, which showed off her figure. Lara captioned the post, “Happy Birthday to my darling hubby!!! . She Doesn’t Stress About Wellness
When it comes to her wellness routine, Lara doesn’t stress too much. “Here and there, if I’ve been naughty, I’ll jump on the elliptical but I really don’t go crazy,” she said in an interview with HELLO! Magazine. “I make sure that I eat right and I love playing tennis as you can be with friends and be outside. Just do what makes you happy.”
She Plays Tennis
Lara loves to play tennis to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself on the court. Lara captioned it, “Can someone tell me the odds of this happening? Clearly I was not watching the ball when I went to volley considering it went nowhere near my strings and instead I actually caught the ball w my racquet!!!!! I don’t think I could do this in a million years on purpose!! Maybe I should buy a lottery ticket today too?”
She Swims
Lara shared some of her favorite ways to keep herself in shape in an interview with Parade. “I enjoy swimming laps,” she says. “It’s a great workout and also allows me to get into a meditative state so it’s very relaxing. I love the quiet and the rhythm of swimming. I do it quite a bit in the summer, but not very much in the winter.”
She Loves Yoga
As Lara mentioned in her Parade interview, she doesn’t swim as much in the winter. Naturally, she has to find some other way to stay in shape. “I turn to yoga, preferably in a warm room, during the cold months,” Lara revealed. “I do yoga year round but find myself craving it more in the fall and winter.”
She Has A Sleep Schedule
Since Lara has to get up early each day to shoot Good Morning America, sleep is extremely important to her. She revealed her secrets for getting enough hours in each night with Parade. “It’s not easy but the key is creating a schedule: going to bed at the same time, and waking up at the same time. It’s not the ideal schedule, but at least it allows your body to get into some kind of rhythm.”
