Jena Sims Koepka is a former Miss Teen USA, and a model. She’s known for her work with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, and is one of their rookies of 2023. Naturally, Jena has an amazing bikini body. She recently showed it off on Instagram. Jena shared a photo dump on her page, and included a shot of her and her husband, golfer Brooks Koepka, on the beach. She Eats More Protein

Jena has made a lot of lifestyle changes over the years. After losing weight, her followers wanted to know how she did it. Jena talked about her diet on her Instagram story, as reported by Sportskeeda. “The biggest change I’ve made is, even if I’m full, I try to eat a little more of the protein on my plate.”

She Doesn’t Eat Junk Food

Another of Jena’s dietary secrets is avoiding unhealthy foods. While this can be tricky, she has figured out a way to prevent herself from indulging. Jena revealed it on her Instagram story, as reported by Sportskeeda. “Also, eating at home before events has helped me not slam fries/charcuterie/cake/whatever else when I’m out.”

She Walks

In addition to diet, Jena makes sure to workout on a regular basis. One thing she likes to do is go for walks. Jena talked about this in het Instagram story, as reported by Sportskeeda. “I also started walking more and that leaned me out, since I don’t do cardio.” According to The Cleveland Clinic, walking has a lot of health benefits. “The benefits of walking for 30 minutes a day include decreasing your resting heart rate, lowering your blood pressure and LDL (your ‘bad’ cholesterol), and strengthening your heart.”

She Loves Intense Workouts

Jena shared some of her favorite exercises in an interview with FOX News. She says that she loves doing intense exercises to stay in shape. “My favorite type of workout is F45. It’s just a 45-minute class. And I think I like it so much because they play amazing music and it’s so loud. I’m not a calm, soothing Pilates, yoga princess. I’m like, ‘Scream at me.’ I want to be dripping sweat.”

She Lifts Weights

Another thing that Jena does to stay in shape is lift weights. She talked about this in her FOX News interview. “I want loud music, heavy weights. For my body type, I like to lift weights because I don’t need to do a lot of cardio. I find that lifting weights has been the most beneficial.”
